"Einchecken unkompliziert. Auf Wunsch gab es einen zweiten Schlüssel für uns. Ruhige Lage, dennoch in direkter Nähe zur Krämerbrücke und zur Innenstadt.Schöne hohe Betten mit komfortablen Matratzen . Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Dusche war ebenerdig und bis auf drei Stufen direkt zur Eingangstür war die Wohnung barrierefrei. "Loved my apartment the steep stairs were a challenge for me. The lock on the double doors for the hall leading to my apartment was very very difficult to unlock and caused a lot of frustration and needs attention .Steffen was very kind and came to my aid when my taxi dropped me off in the wrong place and carried my bag up the stairs and arranged a taxi for me when I left.The trams are great to get around on and I loved the city with its lovely old buildings in Erfurt."
