Apartment 'Residence Soleluna - Loft Sirio' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Our Aosta Valley is a "little corner of paradise," and in Roisan, 8 km from Aosta, you can find Loft Sirio carved out of a carefully renovated house.

Countless walks that the Roisan area offers, some starting at the back of the house either on foot or by bicycle and in any season.

Excellent location for fishing enthusiasts.

Free parking and children's playground nearby.

The property is only a 20-minute drive from the departure of the Aosta/Pila gondola and 30 minutes from the ski resorts of Crevacol (downhill, ski mountaineering, snowshoeing), Bionaz and Flassin (cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, ciapsole).

A few minutes' drive away is the Buthier stream and the large reservoir of Place Moulin excellent places for walking and fishing.



Space:

Structure completed in September 2022 after a thorough renovation.

The apartment is tastefully and functionally furnished, combining a modern style with a rustic mountain style.

It consists of a bright kitchen complete with all appliances (oven, microwave and dishwasher) with large living room.

2 bedrooms (which can be converted from double to twin beds and vice versa) and a full bathroom with shower.

Equipped with free Wi-Fi, bed and bath linens (extra charge) and a large balcony from which to enjoy breathtaking panoramic mountain views.

High chair and bed rails available.



In an effort to promote eco-sustainability and energy conservation, one bedroom will be made available for the occupancy of 2 adults.



Ski/boot storage room and bicycles available to guests free of charge.

Pros: La vista panoramica, struttura di recente costruzione, locali ampi con buone dotazioni, buon collegamento wifi. Cons: Strada privata di accesso, cortile, parcheggio incompleti e trasandati. Assenza di un piccolo montacarichi per portare i bagagli all'ultimo piano. Piccola manutenzione trascurata. Pessima ricezione canali tv, salvo poche eccezioni.
