La Mata is a great mellow town to make your home base with great restaurants and a couple markets right down the boardwalk. It’s not super fancy, so don’t expect the four seasons, but it’s a great place to stay, highly recommend. "

"We arrived at the property late evening.and greeted by Judith who showed us around but we went straight to our rooms as we were tired, The rooms were air conditioned.First thing we looked around and wow what a beautiful property and so.much space but also The owners thought of everything from Childrens pool toys and Games to Beach/pool towels and Bbq coals. We would definitely stay again and communication was excellent. We were there for family wedding and this was a beautiful place to stay either side of that day.Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"An older Spanish style villa , some minor things, pool not cleaned but this was sorted quickly and ready to use day after our arrival, some curtain poles with no curtains or curtains too narrow for the poles, not very appealing to look at but to be fair we only slept in the villa , pool and views are amazing, not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are several sets of steps up to the entrance of villa, but the view makes up for that over the sea and salt lakes. Would rent a car as villa about 15 minute uphill walk from quesada centro/village. Plenty to eat and drink in quesada. We had a lovely time overall "

"Had a great holiday at pat and brians villa. Everything we needed was there,very clean accommodation with plenty of air conditioning units. As for the pool, new it was big ,but in reality it was really big! spent most of our time inthe pool especially as the temperature reached 40c on a couple of occasions.Would recommended this villa for somewhere to stay in this area"
