Fantastic semi-detached house in Quesada Urbanization, Rojales, Alicante, where you can enjoy a variety of leisure activities and nearby places. Due to its proximity to the sea, you can enjoy the beautiful beach of Guardamar, just 5 km away, walk along the edge of the sea and watch beautiful sunsets or sunbathe with your family or friends.

This accommodation offers hot water heating by using the thermal energy of the sun, as well as international TV channels via IPTV.

It has an excellent location, as all services are only 10 minutes walk and 40 minutes by car from Alicante airport.
