"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "Wonderful apartment for a short week stay in Oaxaca. Great location just a 6 minute walk from the bus terminal, and about a 20 minute walk to the Zocalo. Fairly quiet at night, so we had a good night's sleep. The best part was being steps away from a lively little park which had no shortage of street food available at all times.. "Me encanto estar en este hotel, todo el personal es muy amable, especialmente Sofi y Monse. En el restaurante prestan un buen servicio y la comida es muy rica. Literalmente todo está a pasos del hotel. Definitivamente me estaré quedando ahí el próximo año. I love this hotel, the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The rests of the staff was very kind and friendly. Food was very delicious and the waitress was nice. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely stay there next year."
