"My wife and I stayed 4 nights M-Th. The property is a large gated Villa community and our One Bedroom suite was very spacious. The property was extremely clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. The Palapa restaurant was the only dining option on Monday and Tuesday as the Jerk Hut and 23 North are only open starting Wednesday. We rented a golf cart for $30 per day to assist with getting around the community and was well worth it. We spent the majority of the days on the beach and chairs/umbrellas are set up daily along with clean towels. The service was nice at the restaurant yet a bit on the slower side which we did not mind. The closest convenience store is a 7 min drive and a larger grocery store is about 10-15 taxi drive. If you want food/items delivered to you; you can request the items 72 hours before arrival. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. "

"This house was amazing from decor, all things needed for pool, beach, cooking everything!Loved the two washer machines and driers! Great location! If you want to visit all the beaches this house is in the middle each way! Close to grocery and liquor stores also!!"

"As 4 50 year-old couples, we were blown away the minute we opened the door. The house was immaculately clean. We were also pleasantly surprised by the kitchen's organization. Everything is labeled and in great quantities. The layout of the house with all 4 bedrooms in corners, is great. You have a nice big central area and a great outdoor layout. We had so much fun with the pool and then only steps to the ocean. There are also plenty of pool floaties for our favorite time time of day .. floaty time with frosty drinks! . This home lives up to its claim of being luxurious. The velour robes were a big hit. We look forward to being here again!!!"

"Bananakeet Villa is the perfect place to stay on Exuma. Located on a beautiful beach with just enough activity. Sit on the porch and enjoy the view or have fun in the water in a kayak or on paddleboard. It is well stocked with all of the conveniences you need to feel comfortable away from home. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms very nice, the living area set up well for spending time with your group. We would definitely love to come back."

"The Addison house in Exuma is a piece of heaven on earth. Since we booked Ed made us feel welcomed and responded quickly to all our questions. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and Shane, who welcomed us and gave us an orientation, was very helpful all the time. The view is beautiful and the beach is great for walking. Every one in our family enjoyed every day there and now they all want to go back. Thanks Ed for all your kind attention and care for us. The Addison is now part a treasured memory of our 50 anniversary."
