"We are happy with the size of the room which is much bigger than the ones in Kyoto and Tokyo. The Osaka station is about 5 minute walk and there are a plenty of restaurants in the area. Lawson (the convenience store is next the hotel where you can get drinks, snacks and breakfast. "

Staff were extremely helpful when checking in - navigating local transportation and our universal studios trip. My favorite part was the on site massage salon that offered in room services. GREAT after walking all day! "
