"When we first checked in we were assigned a room and when we arrived to our room it smelt like animals and mold. The room trigged my husband and myself’s allergies right away. I went to the front desk and the gentleman told me every room has had an animal in it, but he was very kind and concerned. He brought us to another room and from there it was a great stay!!
