"This is a place to put your head down and that's about it. Small cottage that has many miles on it. Beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable. Blanket consisted of a sleeping bag. Showers backed up into the tub. Air conditioner leaked onto the living room floor. It rained hard while we were there. had some time where we could not go anywhere. TV is broken. Looks like the coax cable was yanked out of the back. Back window was broken with a piece of plastic and tape over it. One...

"This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. We rented a boat from Exuma Boat rental, Allison and Exuma auto rental"

"Close to town and the fish fry"

"We were greeted by someone when we checked in. Very friendly and great experience. The space was spacious and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch for meals and just enjoying the view of the ocean. Convenient location was close enough to town to walk, however we rented a car for our stay. Overall great experience and will definitely look at booking here again next time we visit the island."

"The location of this small cottage and Peter's hospitality are outstanding. The AC is cold, the appliances work well and the bed is comfortable. There are chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, kayaks, a paddle board, snorkeling equipment, lots of floats and plenty of beach towels for guests to use. The space is small and there is not a door on the inside restroom. As other guests have pointed out, the driveway is a bit rough. Overall, we had a great time at Sunset Cottage and would definitely stay here...

"The property was amazing and the caretaker, Norman, was wonderful. He was very helpful, took us back and fourth to main island whenever we wanted to go. We were able to tie up to the dock, which was very helpful for us. The property could use a little bit of maintenance but otherwise was really nice."

"Our stay at Minns Cottage was great! Loved the location close to town and across the street from the beach. The beach had the best snorkeling we could find! The unit had everything we needed including a washer and dryer! We will definitely stay here again!"

Had a car and was able to get from East to West. Grocery and liquor store was close, and when we needed something else, Larry and Simone were able to help us and get it. Wouldn’t trade anything for our stay, super happy with the room, location, and service. Will be back!"
