"We had an issue with our billing, and unfortunately, Expedia passed the responsibility off to the hotel. Thankfully, we had the pleasure of speaking with Eloisa. What an impressive young lady! She handled the situation with such a calm, professional, and gracious demeanor. Even when dealing with a frustrating situation that wasn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, she remained patient, helpful, and composed. Eloisa is truly a rare gem in customer service. I sincerely hope management recognizes what they have in her. Employees like Eloisa can completely change a guest’s experience, and she certainly made a positive impression on us."

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Accomodations were very satisfactory. We were there just 1 night for a funeral next morning. Nice area. We found a few dead bugs and a wasp! But these were minor things. The place is spacious, quiet, and modern. We would stay again."
