"We stayed just one night prior to a cruise, but we enjoyed our stay. The place is conveniently located close enough to the train station that we could walk and we enjoyed walking around Ravenna that evening as well. The hotel was clean and well-maintained though the air conditioning could have been a bit cooler. To be fair, the ceiling in the room was very high making the room harder to cool. Overall we enjoyed our stay here."

"NH Ravenna is in a great location, right across from Dante's grave, a beautiful church, many grocery stores within walking distance, pharmacies, ATMs, and quite a few five-star restaurants (reservations on weekends required). The rooms are clean and sparse, but good for Europe. The bed is hard, which is typical of Italy. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff were wonderful. The rooms are not insulated, so bring a fan or noise maker, and the air conditioning is shut off at night (fall/winter), but you can open the window for night air. On weekends, the hotel restaurant is NOT open, and the bar is only open for short periods on Friday and Saturday—closed Sunday. But many wine bars are within easy walking distance. Make sure you walk away from the Train station area, which is somewhat of a questionable spot; walk towards the old town, where, as a solo, I felt safe."

"Right off the beach. This would be a great spot to stay during the height of summer. Having the Bounty restaurant down and around the corner was wonderful. A little noisy for the standard double room on the back alley with rubbish bins and glass being dropped all day/evening. It was nice to have two windows that opened. The bed was ok, but overly comfortable. The drinks in the mini fridge are not complimentary. The included breakfast was nice to have. I wouldn’t say that the picnic lunch is worth advertising. It’s for three items that aren’t very good. But breakfast was good."
