"The house is very old and traditional. You go down some steps to reach your garden and up the steps to the swimmingpool area with nice beds, umbrellas, tabels and chairs and a picknick table. This was our favourite spot and the view of the surrounding mountains is fabulous. Paolo was a wonderful host and made us pizzas in his oven."

"Beautiful property with an amazing view both from the apartment and the swimming pool. Paolo is the perfect host, helping with luggage, making the best pizzas, giving tips for local visits… We stayed 4 nights with 2 teenagers of 15 and 20 and we had a great time! I definitely recommend!"

"Lovely house in a fairytale landscape. House had everything you need. Pool is nice, clean and perfect temperature. The beach is 1.20 min drive but also great. "When I dreamt of visiting Tuscany, Villa Olivi was what I dreamt of. It was perfect for our friends and us. The views are incredible, and the house was very comfortable and accommodating. As withers have expressed, there is one tight squeeze going up the hill in a car, but otherwise the whole experience was magical."
