"We rented condominiums on all prior visits to Puerto Vallarta. This was our first time staying in a hotel, and we were very happy. Casa Dona Susana is the adults only property associated with Los Arcos. We had breakfast daily at Mi Pueblito, in Las Arcos, and when we wanted a more quiet retreat---we enjoyed the pool at Casa Dona Susana. Each and every employee we encountered over our 6 days there was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We really can't say enough about what a pleasant experience we enjoyed in the last few days of May, 2025. "
