This property desperately needs to be updated. The rooms are marginally comfortable. I understand there are water pressure issues in town, but totally losing water mid shower is not a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. View and location are great, but would not stay here again.

Hotel Tropicana - Near Olas Altas Street
Did not receive the room I booked online. Booked two queen beds, room had one bed. Had a Junior Suite room- not sure why they are called that. One, bed, one chair and a desk. Would like to see at minimum a small fridge, as was difficult to get ice for our outside drinks.

Hotel Posada de Roger - Near Los Muertos Beach
This is one of the best stays I’ve had in the Old Town. One minor concern: it’s difficult to open the shampoo package once one is in the shower! There has to be a better, easier package. I had to get my lady who used scissors to open it. Otherwise extremely happy!

Hotel Delfin PV Beach Resort
I booked an ‘all inclusive’ and all I got was a room The receptionist basically argue with me saying that they don’t have All Inclusive while they have a sign on the counter offering all inclusive I also booked ‘adults only’ and was children everywhere Very misleading! I request a refund.

Emperador Vallarta Beachfront Hotel and Suites
We had a Junior Suite and the view was terrific. Kind of wish they had an awning over the balcony / patio as afternoon sun was quite intense. Bed and other furnishings were just fine. Bathroom was small but served the purpose. I hope the tap water was safe because there was no bottled water provided. ...
