"The lake access was so pretty and having all the basics for kitchen and laundry was so helpful. Going in the heat of summer was the only issue, as there is just one AC unit in the living room so both the bedroom and the kitchen stay really warm. Otherwise, it was near the family we were visiting and made for a relaxing home base."

"This property is Fantastic! All the comforts of home, with amenities we did not expect. Some food items in cupboard(soup, oatmeal,pancake mix…) Eggs, butter, milk, water, apple sauce in fridge! A fully stocked kitchen with silverware, pots, pans, and all kinds kitchen appliances. Even a bottle of wine! Comfy bed and bathroom was stocked with all necessities, in case you forgot anything! "The property is very nice. It's good the advertisement states there are 2 flights of stairs to climb. Probably only an issue for older folks like us, but we were aware and accepted it beforehand. The Internet wasn't working initially, but Garret got it all fixed within 24 hours. It was central to all the places we wanted to visit in the Marranacoock lake region."

"House is beautiful. Lake is perfect. We had a great stay. Lots of amenities available. Great location. We came in for Maine 70.3 and it was so easy to get to the race and all the activities prior. Even could jump in and swim at the lake. If you book for 6 guests and most are kids just be aware that the 3rd guest space is down through the garage. Our kids are old enough but if you have younger, you will not share a floor with them. It worked for us We enjoyed our visit."
