"Really handy to have an apartment rather than hotel rooms for our family of 5. Clean and good communication. Pizzaria over the road is handy and great! Lots of places to eat nearby and easy to get to eg St Peter’s Square. Also very close to a metro station."

"I sent them several texts with weeks of anticipation for check-in info, up to a day before arrival. They never responded and when I arrive at the airport in Rome I got a message telling me that they canceled my reservation. I already paid, I need to get my money back. so frustrating. no wonder why they have no rating, i should have not rented from them. I had to pay $300 more for another place. "
