ATRHOME is a delightful apartment located in Via Frattina, just a few steps from Piazza di Spagna, the heart of central Rome.
The property is housed in an elegant building and consists of a bright living room with sofa bed, a kitchen, an entrance with utility room where a modern washing machine is available for guests, a comfortable and quiet bedroom overlooking the courtyard interior and a bathroom with a shower.
They are available to guests: access to the private wifi present throughout the apartment, 2 smart TV, linen for personal hygiene and for the bedroom, hairdryer and courtesy kit essential for the guest.

Wonderful except for one thing

Guila is so easy to deal with. We loved the location and the apartment. But, the listing really should advise that you will be lugging your things up 74 steps. It took my back out and limited the number of times we wanted to return during the day. It’s a huge impediment for elderly or anyone with an issue that could not do the steps. The washer was broken and we had planned to do laundry.

Great location!

Online photos a bit misleading. Kitchen and bathroom were literally sizes of closets and online appearing spacious. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Lumpy and extremely squeaky. Very low quality to sleep in for numerous nights. This particular apartment was on the 4th floor and was not specified. Going up and down these steps with 50 lb suitcase was extremely difficult for me and I exercise regular. So if you are a bit out of shape or have any knee or back issues, this is not a good choice. Apartment was clean. Communication was good. Great location.

Spanish Steps apartment

this apartment has some of my must haves, 1) quiet 2) comfortable beds 3) hot water and good pressure in the shower 4) great location. Things I was disappointed with. The kitchen was very shabby and needs upgrading. The fridge in particular. The washing machine was out of order. The furniture was worn and shabby. Dining table and sofa bed. The bathroom needs an upgrade too. So overall if you are not too fussy about decor it would be a good place to stay.

Lovely stay!

This place was perfect for my family and I! It has a really nice location and we were able to walk to all the amazing sights in Rome without having to take a taxi. There are lots of nice restaurants near by and plenty of shopping (even if some of it was more upscale). Giulia was a great host and the apartment was incredibly clean - only be prepared to walk up the four flights of stairs with your luggage. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and hope to return again soon!

A lovely apartment in a good district, convenient for all amenities. Guila was prompt to reply to all our communications and this helped to make our stay very special. It may be appropriate to warn people about the stairs to be climbed in order to reach the apartment...we are both over 70 years old..otherwise ..brilliant value!!

Giulia et son frère sont charmants et réactifs pour tenter de résoudre tous les problèmes que nous avons rencontrés. L'hôtesse mérite le label premium, mais pas l'appartement. Ce logement a vraiment besoin de rénovation (salle de bain, cuisine, parquet, batterie de cuisine, canapé, table du salon, réfrigérateur...)L'appartement est très bien situé mais il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce qu'il est au quatrième étage, sans ascenseur.

Beautiful Apartment / Intense Workout

The space is beautiful and clean and comfortable! Shower is a little small but nothing to complain about because the water pressure is great and hot! My only complaint and it's a good one for future renters, is that the apartment was on the 4th floor! Exactly 75 steps up. Yes, I counted. Dragging heavy suitcases up and down or coming back after a long day of walking around Rome, you really regret walking up those stairs.
