Grazioso B&B molto confortevole e ben collegato con il centro città. La proprietaria è molto cordiale e ci ha subito fornito tutte le indicazioni per visitare al meglio la città. Silenzioso e pulito in una zona non molto distante dal centro.
The room has a private bathroom, free WiFi and AC. The B&B is hard to find, the GPS will not show you the exact spot in the map. There is free private parking. Our room was facing a busy elevated road and the traffic noise was perceptible. It was clean and it has a small fridge too.
Habitación cómoda con baño, limpia y espaciosa. Tiene bus justo al lado y párking. Relación calidad precio muy buena

Moyennement convaincu de cette B&B
Quand nous sommes arriver à l'adresse de l'hôtel, nous avons était surpris de l'endroit où se trouver cette hôtel (B&B). Une barrière ferme l'accès au parking, il faut descendre de sa voiture pour aller chercher les personnes qui s'occupent de l'hôtel pour qui nous ouvre, cela n'est pas très pratique!
Une fois que la barrière ouverte il faut faire le tour du bâtiment pour aller se garer dans un endroit au milieu de bâtiments pas très convainquant pour y laisser sa voiture pendant le séjour!
Le quartier n'est pas très convainquant au premier vu d'oeil mais nous n'avons eu aucun soucis pendant notre séjour !
Un agréable accueil des 2 personnes qui s'occupent de cette hôtel, la dame faisait l'effort de nous comprendre.. alors qu'elle ne parlais pas français.. Elle nous a donner des informations sur les bus, les bus voyageur pour visiter Rome, un restaurant,..
Chambre propre, climatisation agréable avec ce temps du mois d'août, douche trop petite (difficile d'accès pour une personne en surpoid), télévision, insonorisation parfaite au niveau des fenêtres malgrés le trafic.
On y a passée 4 nuits, le premier soir il y a eu du bruit dans la salle commune, des personnes se restaurer en parlant fort a 22h00 du soir.
Le deuxième soir, du bruit jusqu'à 23h45, des personnes parlaient fort et rigoler sans se douter qu'il y avaient des personnes qui voulait dormir !
Trop bruyant pour se reposer le matin !
Un petit déjeuner est disponible à 2,50€ / personne.
Prima di pernottare abbiamo telefonato per accertarsi del parcheggio e che arrivavamo verso la mezzanotte; il parcheggio alla fine non c'era perchè siamo arrivati tardi e il giorno seguente la proprietaria ci ha chiesto i soldi per il ritardo quando il marito ci aveva garantito che nulla si doveva in quanto abbiamo avvisato con anticipo. Poi il gbiorno dopo la porta principale non sia aprova per un difetto non comunicatoci, abbiamo telefonato alla proprietaria ma non ci ha risposto in quanto era tardi (noi a mezzanotte siamo rimasti fuori e fortunatamente una condomime ci ha aperto!!). Che dire, ascensore che più di 3 persone non si può salire perchè si blocca, camera con finestra di rimpetto ad un cavalcavia con "traffico illimitato", pulizia e colazione buona, marito della proprietaria molto gentile.
Tres bon séjour dans la capitale italienne. Marysol et Gianni ont été de bon conseil et toujours disponibles. Le ménage était fait tous les jours (pas nécessaire à mon goût). Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Un seul bémol est une voie passante juste à hauteur de notre fenêtre. Mais ce désagrément est compensé par le reste. Pour les repas pizza, je conseille fortement la Focaccia 126 via Gallarate à 3mn du B&B (très bien noté dans tous les guides).

B&B molto ottimo ma in contesto un po' fatiscente.
E' quasi tutto ottimo. Peccato che ha un ingresso condominiale fatiscente e sotto un ponte ma tutto ciò è normale per un B&B. Io comunque sono rimasto complessivamente molto soddisfatto.
Personale molto cortese e disponibile, camere accoglienti e con tutti i comfort, dista a pochi passi da metro e servizi di trasporto pubblico... Consigliato
Très bonne impression de manière générale. Au début très surpris par l'endroit (difficulté à trouver la porte d'entrée et quartier paraissant peu rassurant), nous nous sommes vite aperçus que le quartier est en définitive très calme et pas du tout risqué. Nous sommes rentrés le soir à des heures très tardives et sans aucune appréhension. La chambre était très propre et les propriétaires très sympathiques. Le petit déjeuner bien copieux. Bus et métros sont proches et le parking fermé avec une barrière. Vous pouvez demander la télécommande à Marisol si vous avez besoin de prendre votre voiture. Sincèrement, ne regardez pas l'aspect extérieur qui pourrait vous refroidir, je vous assure que vous ne le regretterez pas ! Si je dois un jour revenir à Rome, je pense que je reviendrai à cette adresse sans problème.
Es ist weder ein Hotel noch eine Pension, sondern eine umgebaute Wohnung in einem schrecklich wirkendem Wohnblock. Die Zimmer sind zwas vollkommen neu renoviert und absolut sauber. Wenn aber noch andere Gäste anwesend sind extrem laut. Unser Zimmer lag zum Innenhof, der Ausblick schrecklich. Die Inhaberin legt jedoch sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und bemüht sich sehr. Frühstück ist spartanisch, beschränkt sich auf ein paar Scheiben Toast oder abgepackte Croissant. Ferner nur Süßes, Marmelade o.ä. Keine Wurst oder Käse, mussten wir dann selbt besorgen. Für den Übernachtungspreis hatten wir etwas besseres erwartet. Das Zimmer selbst sehr klein, kaum Bewegungsfreiheit um das Bett herum.
