Amazing terrace amazing view. Large flat superb location.

Cozy, charming and stylishly furnished apartment, located in the heart of Trastevere, via del Moro 7, on the fifth floor, with elevator.
It has a wonderful terrace with stunning view of Rome.

This NON-SMOKING, tastefully designed apartment, completely renewed, is composed by a light living/dining room with dining table, sofas with convertible beds, main bedroom (queen size bed) with closets and bathroom ensuite, second bedroom with two single beds (or one doublebed) bookcase and window to a balcony , a second bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer and dryer. The kitchen is linked to the terrace.
The apartment has a wooden floor throughout. It has double glazing windows in each room.
And a wonderful terrace with an eat out table.

TRASTEVERE
It is one of the oldest and quaint neighborhoods of Rome.
It is a wonderful area with several restaurants and cafes, boutiques, bakery, and shops where you will be able to find anything you need.

SIGHTSEEING AND TRANSPORTS
Linked to Piazza Venezia by tram 8 and to Colosseum by bus 271. Piazza Navona and all the baroque Roma is easily reachable by walking and crossing the wonderful Ponte Sisto (bridge) over river Tevere. You will feel really in the heart of Rome and her history.

We absolutely loved this place in the bustlingTrastevere neighborhood of Roma. It was close to everything...a 5 minute walk across the Tiber put us in central Roma with its restaurants and shopping options. Before we booked this place we read about some noise from the streets - people stay up late and part ourside, but it was never a problem for sleeping, even though the streets were full during the Christmas holiday season. Raffaella was a wonderful host; very responsive to our needs and questions. When the hot water heater lost pressure on Christmas eve, a quick text to Raffaella resulted in an immediate phone call where she guided me through a fix and we were good to go in 5 minutes. The patio overlooks the busy neighborhood and has ample area to enjoy the space. This is a great location to serve as a hub for exploring all of Roma, and we felt that we got more than our money's worth.

There were four of us from the US staying 4 nights. The host was great accommodating our early arrival with luggage drop off. We checked in at the proper time. The apartment was very clean and set up with everything we needed. I would note that you’ll need to supply your soap & shampoos for showering. Hand soap and kitchen soap are supplied. The outdoor patio is very spacious with beautiful views. One towel per guest so prepare to laundry if you have an extended stay. The location couldn’t be better for walking around to the beautiful area with lots of shops and restaurants. Some Uber’s will pick up and drop at the door while others pick up a short walk away. We were able to even walk to the Coliseum in 20-30 minutes. Overall we were very pleased with our choice and highly recommend.

This is a high energy area with a vibrant night life. There were lots of restaurants and shops but remained close to all the Attractions in Rome. Loved the big balcony. We had a great time. Thanks you Raffaella and Anna Maria!

The flat looked exactly as portrayed in the photos and was comfortable and well appointed. The rooms had double full length glass doors that opened onto a balcony or the large terrace allowing you to step out, or let the sun in. It was positively dreamy. The location was charming, lively and full of dining and shopping options. It seemed impossible to make a less than excellent choice. It's a vibrant, mostly pedestrian neighborhood away from traffic and noise other than happy chatter. Don't worry, the doors are well insulated to ensure a quiet retreat with spectacular views.

Bellisimo!

This property was absolutely perfect! The location was exactly what we were hoping for and the apartment was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. If I had to pick one thing that we didn’t like, it would be the lack of good drapes in the main bedroom. It let in all of the light so it made it less than ideal when the sun rose. But don’t let that dissuade you from this place. It was amazing!

Host was terrific and handled transportation for us from train station. Apartment is located in a cool little area that got busy in the evenings and offered so many restaurant options. Also short walks to many Rome attractions. Loved just hanging out on the rooftop deck in the evenings.

Fantastic stay in Trastavere. Apartment was clean and spacious. Lots of room for whole family to have their own space. Beautiful balcony with views. Centrally located and easy to get to all major attractions within 20min. Lively night life but apartment was quiet with windows closed. AC worked well. Best part is Rafaella was always available with quick responses. Very professional and helpful. Will stay here again next time we are back in Rome!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Trastevere. Just steps from all of the action in Piazza Trillusa, but quiet enough to settle down at night. Communication with the host was excellent too. Highly recommended!

Good apartment with potential to be excellent

The apartment was in a great location with easy access to all major sites and amenities. There was a great variety of restaurants and bars and Trastevere was a lovely area. The lift was small but appreciated. Bedrooms and bathrooms were decent but as an earlier reviewer has said, the bedding needs updating and the pillows renewing. Air conditioning worked well. The terrace was an excellent space but could have been better furnished. There were only 2 rather dated easy chairs in an apartment for 4, and the dining table and chairs were metal so got very hot. The property manager asked us not to use the shade canopy for fear of the wind breaking it. However, we did look at it and it was very dirty and unfit for use. A large parasol would have been better. Sadly, there were no plants in any of the many planters which would have added to the environment. The lounge and indoor dining table were good. The lady that checked us in was pleasant and did her best but she did not speak English and struggled to answer any questions. A comprehensive guide book would have been helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and this apartment has great potential but needs some attention to make it excellent.

Excellent Location

We loved the location and the terrace. The views were wonderful. There were 5 of us, three adults and two preteens. The listing said sleeping for 6 which in actuality was really for 5. The fifth bed was a trundle sofa where the ottoman fit to the sofa, unfortunately this part of the “bed” did not stay in place throughout the night. There was no soap for the showers, some of the towels had seen better days and the bed linens were worn. The older shower has black mold in the grout. The washer handle was broken and we were shown how to use a pair of scissors to open. This being said it was an easy check-in which I was grateful for. The location and terrace make it a good stay.

Lively and fun!

We had a great stay in this awesome spot. It was in a GREAT location for fun, food and was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. The bedrooms were spacious. It was very clean and the views from the balconies was beautiful. We had no issues with noise at all. Would recommend 5

Energetic location; perfect apartment

A terrific apartment in a hopping neighborhood. First, the neighborhood: wonderful urban environment with great restaurants and bars, quaint cobblestone streets, very little automobile traffic and an abundance of foot traffic. The piazzas and streets were full of good energy in the evenings, while calm and sedate in the mornings. The apartment: decently appointed, comfortable beds and good bathrooms, a workable kitchen and a lovely terrace. Even with all the hustle-bustle from the street in the evenings, the terrace was quiet, and inside the apartment you could hear no noise from the street. Raffaella is a top notch communicator --- helpful, kind and responsive – we couldn’t ask for more.

Two weeks in Rome

We spent two weeks in this flat this spring. Second stay for us. It’s a great property. Communication with property manager was seamless. Great neighborhood with tons of restaurants, and walkable to many sights. The terrace is lovely. Can’t wait to return!

Here’s a polished version of your review:⸻As a frequent visitor to Rome over the past 20 years, I had never stayed in the Testavere area—but this apartment completely changed my perspective. The location was incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to see in the city, yet the neighborhood itself felt warm, friendly, and authentic. The apartment was excellent—comfortable, well-appointed, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a charming terrace. The property manager was outstanding: kind, responsive, and went out of her way to help us turn a difficult travel day into a much better experience. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Rome.

Perfect location and helpful owner

The flat was perfect for our family of 4--one couple in our 40s and the other in their 70s. The small elevator was helpful for getting our luggage upstairs and kept my parents from climbing the stairs. The location could not have been better. We had wonderful places to eat just outside the doorstep, and the pharmacy across the street was handy. Raffaella was easy to contact and arranged transportation for us from the airport and later to a hotel in Tuscany. Her help made our first visit to Rome much more relaxing, and we slept well in the flat's comfortable beds!

Rome visit

Great location for many wonderful restaurants. Great for walki g around the neighborhood.Easy cab ride to historic visit places. Night life very close by are out late, so some noise from that.
