Cozy, charming and stylishly furnished apartment, located in the heart of Trastevere, via del Moro 7, on the fifth floor, with elevator.
It has a wonderful terrace with stunning view of Rome.

This NON-SMOKING, tastefully designed apartment, completely renewed, is composed by a light living/dining room with dining table, sofas with convertible beds, main bedroom (queen size bed) with closets and bathroom ensuite, second bedroom with two single beds (or one doublebed) bookcase and window to a balcony , a second bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer and dryer. The kitchen is linked to the terrace.
The apartment has a wooden floor throughout. It has double glazing windows in each room.
And a wonderful terrace with an eat out table.

TRASTEVERE
It is one of the oldest and quaint neighborhoods of Rome.

Trastevere was the perfect home base for our Italy vacation. Flat was spacious and the views from the balconies were awesome. Our hostess Rafaella was very responsive and saw that we were taken care of. Highly recommend!

The apartment exceeded all of our expectations. We were received by the cleaning lady/manager and given a complete introduction to the apartment and Trastevere. This is one of the few VRBO properties we have rented where the description consistently under estimates the quality and location. Fabulous.

The unit was in a very fun location, with many interesting choices for food, etc. We walked many miles every day enjoying the sights and sounds of Rome. My only criticism would be a suggestion to upgrade the beds and bedding. We enjoyed our stay!

I cannot say enough about this property and how much we loved it. The location is amazing and the property was wonderful. Communication with owner was great and he went out of his way to be of any help. If you are a light sleeper the nights can get loud but the windows block all that out. This is a must stay!

I was surprised about how much of a party city Rome is. I loved this location. So fun and in the heart of everything. It's on the 5th floor so the noise did not bother me. There is an elevator, but only fits 2 people. The patio had great views. I highly recommend.

This comfortable flat in Trastevere is a perfect spot for your exploration of Rome. The neighborhood is lively and authentic and you can really feel the difference as you walk the various neighborhoods of this ancient city. No more than a 30 min walk to the Vatican (you can see St. Peter's from the terrace), Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps or the Colosseum, it's a perfect home base for a multiple night stay. The housekeeper of the flat was very nice, timely and spoke enough English to make our stay easy. The property was clean, had plenty of room for a family of 4 and has a great outdoor space for a cafe americano in the morning or a glass of wine at night.

The apartment in Rome was just wonderful. A standout feature was the large outdoor veranda with plenty of room for enjoying the wonderful views of the city while having a glass of wine. The apartment is located at the center of a lively restaurant and bar scene. Wonderful venues all around the apartment. The kitchen was complete and well supplied. The bathrooms were spotless, as was the rest of the apartment. The apartment is on the fifth floor. We chose to walk the six flights, but there is small elevator (two persons max) that is available. The most amazing thing about this apartment is the soundproof windows and doors. With doors open, the noise from the street makes you feel like you’re in the middle of an Italian festival. Shut the doors and windows and there is perfect, total quiet. All in all, an amazing apartment that we really enjoyed.

Apartment was well equipped and conveniently located in a lively part of Roma not far from the sights. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The building and apartment were both clean and secure. The only issue we had was the slight presence of mold in the bathroom, which is quite common in these older buildings and is usually caused when individuals do not open the window or allow ventilation after showering. Everything about out stay was phenomenal!! We loved it from the moment we arrived! The check-in process was thorough and we were met promptly when we arrived by Annamaria and she was so kind to meet us a little early so we could get to a tour on time. The property manager Raffaella was so easy to communicate with and was always available to answer questions. This apartment was wonderful! It looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and so nice inside. The terrace view was beautiful and we so enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings and evenings. The location is close to many fantastic restaurants and the Piazza Trilussa which had fun entertainment in the evening. We just can't say enough about our stay! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
