Work traveller

The room was small and the curtains and floor all had stains on them. The bedding also had red stains on the duvet cover. The room was very warm and the air con didn't seem to work. The bathroom fan would not switch off so that ran all night. There was no plug for the bath and the bath tap didn't work. Service in the restaurant was very slow on the first night and the fish was pretty horrible. Service was much quicker on the second night though and I just ordered chips but they were good!

Gradirei trovare a colazione verdure cotte o una maggiore varietà di opzioni salate. Inoltre, sarebbe bello avere una selezione più ampia di frutta secca e banane. Sono sicuro che questi piccoli aggiustamenti renderebbero l'esperienza ancora più piacevole per tutti gli ospiti. Da migliorare varietà della colazione, manca frutta secca. In una settimana non ho visto le banane nel cesto di frutta, solo mele. Del resto mi sono trovato molto bene come sempre. Ci torno molto spesso.

Bathrooms in rooms had mold. Moved to several rooms during stay because air conditioning did not work or was extremely loud. Staff in restaurant was unfriendly and clearly hated their jobs. Furniture falling apart. Pictures online of this hotel are not the current conditions.

Bedding was dirty in the room, the carpets were stained throughout the room also. Lamps in the room were also covered in stains looked like somebody had had thrown coffee around the room. Large crack in bathroom mirror also, area around the hotel not very clean with graffiti all around the local streets train station was a 15 ish minute walk along damaged pathways with graffiti everywhere again and very dim dark streets. Not a nice area at all didn’t feel safe walking from train station to the hotel of an evening. Wouldn’t give 4 stars to this hotel if I were to choose I would give 2 stars.
3 nights we stayed and the bedding wasn’t changed but the bed was made up tidy.

Un 4 stelle degli anni 60....

Da un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato molto di meglio. Camere estremamente datate con muri ritoccati e rifiniture che nemmeno nei peggiori B&B di Caracas. Il letto presentava nella parte centrale un vero e proprio fosso probabilmente dovuto a materassi datati o rete del letto sprofondata. Purtroppo a tutto questo si aggiunge la moquette che non aiuta nella pulizia e nell'odore pesante che si respira nell'aria. Speravo di riporre le ultime speranze nel ristorante che è stato peggio di tutto. Ho ordinato una bresaola con scaglie di grana e ciò che si è stato presentato al tavolo erano l'equivalente di fette di carne (dato lo spessore importante delle stesse) e blocchi di grana al centro del piatto. Ho avuto la felice idea di ordinare una carbonara che si è presentata con un uovo a dir poco crudo e che quindi rilasciava un sapore molto amaro dovuto alla poca cottura. Purtroppo da evitare.

Hôtel confortable

Séjour en famille très agréable. Le personnel est à l’écoute et toujours prêt à aider et à renseigner. L’hôtel est propre et tranquille. Très bien situer avec des magasins à proximité. Le métro est proche également.

Aspectos bons: O serviço da recepção foi excelente. Os funcionários estavam sempre prontos a ajudar no que era necessário e com simpatia. O pequeno almoço era bom e com variedade .Os funcionários desta área eram também muito atenciosos. A limpeza diária do quarto era sempre muito bem executada e todo o pessoal muito educado e cuidadoso. Aspectos a melhorar: o hotel está classificado com 4 estrelas. Mas não corresponde. É antiquado. Está a precisar urgentemente de obras de modernização. O chão dos corredores e o dos quartos é coberto por uma alcatifa que deve ter uns 30anos ou mais e com manchas que não saem. As casas de banho, muito antigas e com tampa da sanita a desfazer. As torneiras são velhas. A água saía por orifícios extras devido à oxidação dos anos de uso. Aspectos não bons : A localização do hotel para quem está a pé é muito distante do Metro e do centro da cidade. Sugestão: Retirava um estrela da classificação do hotel.
