Staff were all amazing. Room was clean aside from a fair amount of dust under the bed. The mattress on the small bed our son slept on would not lie flat and was tilted, though he managed okay. The shower was tricky to work with. The location was good in that we were able to walk from the train station, could walk to a grocery store and to some restaurants and the metro station.

Great location to Termini train station. Restaurants within walking distance. A bodega steps away. Handicap accessible. 7- 10 am Breakfast for $15 euros is plentiful. A good selection of foods. You can’t find a breakfast buffet under $15 euros anywhere else. Coffee choices and eggs to order. Front desk very helpful and will call taxi’s for you.

Booked last minute as I ended up stuck in Rome. The front desk were exceptionally helpful and kind. However, the property was extremely dated, with stains on the carpets throughout, cracks in walls, cracks in floor tiling, damage to the bath, stains on the ceiling, etc. The air conditioning worked well and the room was generally clean, and the bed comfortable. There was a lot of dust behind the bedside cabinets and under the bed, so whilst the room was mostly clean, the details were missed. No amenities to speak of in the room. I would stay here again if I absolutely had to, but I’d try and avoid it.
