The air conditioner was not working properly. The breakfast was a joke (only 1 hot drink + 1 croissant from a bar 5 minutes walk away). I wish I could show photos. There were hairs from previous guests, shower head falling apart, night lights everywhere because there are steps on the floor. The property is in an area full of graffiti. Since it is just one of an appointment of a building, the main entry door is locked and no one answered the door until someone leaving so we could go in and tried to locate the unit. Not good, don't go there.
There are steps on the floor so there are light to light them up. So, the room could not be darken at night. I ended up covering them with something so that I could sleep.
The toilet cleaner (brush) left uncleaned, rather gross.
Main entrance is always locked for an obvious reason. We messaged the owner multiple times before / after arriving. Waited outside for a long while until someone coming out so we could sneak in. Searched the unit until we found it on the 4th floor.
One of the windows panels is missing a latch so it could not be shut properly.

I didn't like noise heard from other rooms. internet connection wasn't stable, poor continental breakfast small bun and small cup of coffee and you have to go to aner caffe which even not allow to sit there to eat your poor breakfast. To have a sit you need to pay 3 EUR. It would be better to say 'breakfast not included' in description of hotel. Otherwise room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Area is very busy,might not be ideal for a female solo traveler,but is right by termini station. Property is in a very old building,but it was clean and equipped with what is needed for short stay.

Check in was terrible. I called the person responsible many, many times and never got a response. I was lucky to get in the building because someone else was going in. The area around the property is sketchy, dirty and dangerous. Breakfast is not in the premises. They give you a coupon to go elsewhere. The bar they send you too has nothing to offer but a coffee, premade croissant or a donut.

Fine room for small money

Fine rooms close to Termini Station. Didn't like to walk 200 meters to get breakfast. All in all a good bargain.

Room was big and clean. Had issue with air they said they would come by next day, we never heard from or saw them again. Sent email about street lights being out and feeling unsafe, was told they can't control lights. Breakfast was a joke..walk 3 blocks get a croissant and coffee but you will be told immediately, "you can not seat unless you pay 2 euros each!". Not a friendly experience. I would not recommend this place.

For a basic property close to the train station this was fine. I was only after somewhere cheap and easy to use as a base for my visit to Rome and this fit that requirement. The breakfast was a croissant and cup of tea/coffee standing at a counter at a local cafe.

The room is very clean and just a block from the train station. The room is in an older apartment building on a side street, so just be aware. You're pretty much on your own after you get the key, but a housekeeper comes by mid-morning. I would stay here again.

Should not be listed as a hotel. The accommodation itself was nice and very clean. It is a multi-unit vacation rental and difficult to find and get service. I was lucky to find the phone number in the original email and had to help the next people who arrived after we checked out.

It should have been made clear that this is an air b & b type of setup not a hotel. We had trouble finding it. A picture of the front of the building showing it’s not a hotel and which apartment button you push would have been helpful. We’re 2 seniors and had to drag all our luggage for a 2 week cruise up a flight of stairs because the elevator doesn’t go to the ground floor. Breakfast is not on sight but at a restaurant a few blocks away. Although the room itself was fine I feel I was misled.

So its safe secure and clean, tghough the bathroom grout a bit dirty at the bottom. It doesnt have a 24 hour desk, uou can whatsapp the owners who arent gearly responsive, Arrival poor, had to wiat at property which is not well signed. SAfe intsrucitons poor nad not explaine don arrival. Fride on but useless. Airconditiong is very good though. on the go breakfast is off site at a lovely wee cafe 200m away form the propoerty and very limited. Decided to pay for a decent breakfast (which was worth it to be fair) ended up doig different places each day. It's fine but not for me again.

The room was clean, Marco met me when my flight was late. Just the area is a bit dirty and lots of people with their hands out. To be expected by a major train station, but if you're travelling alone, please be aware. The location is convenient for trains, buses and metro. Just a little hard to find as there's no sign on the building. Enjoy your stay in Rome!!
