Il tipo di soggiorno è stato d'affari con la famiglia. - L'appartamento presentava una forte puzza di umido con presenza di muffe sul soffitto del bagno; - Non sono riuscito a capire la tassa Comunale di soggiorno di EUR 3.50 a persona, a notte, che dovrebbe essere applicata ai turisti, io ero a Roma per lavoro e ho approfittato della chiusura delle scuole per portarmi la famigli.

Mosquitoes everywhere

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. The place was very close to St Peter's Basilica but I would like to add here that this place had plenty of mosquitoes and our children had a hard time going through these 4 days. I would look for some other place next time.

로마 최악의 지하 창고형 숙소

이곳은 호텔이 아니라 지하창고를 개조한 곳이다. 지독한 악취, 더러운 침대, 수많은 모기, 테라스는 옥상층이 아니라 지하였다. 3일 예약 했으나, 사용하지 않고 1시간 만에 떠났다. 물론 환불은 되지 않았고, 상황 개선을 위한 노력은 없었다. 사진은 속임수이며, 로마 최악의 지하 창고형 숙소이다. This is not a hotel, but an underground lodge. The terrible stench, dirty bed, numerous mosquitoes and terrace was on the underground not on the roof. I made a reservation for 3 days, but left in an hour without using it. Of course, no refunds were made, and no efforts were made to improve the situation. The pictures on the web are trick. It is the worst underground warehouse lodge in Rome.

Buyer beware - profit first!

Our family was on its way to the great vacations in Rome until we were suddenly trapped in Belarus where authorities did not allow our children to leave the country for two weeks. As soon as we recognized that we are not going to make it to the next destination, we advised our contact at Caio Mario of the force majeure circumstances and asked about a booking cancellation. We were met by a very dry formal response pointing at the non-refundable close and not willing to apply any efforts to help us and at least try to rent the apartment to someone else for these dates. Our second letter was simply ignored. We understand that business is business and hope Caio Mario made a lot of profit on our children.

Ruumikas ja liigendatud, kuid kopitav elamine

Ruumikas ja liigendatud tuba, kahjuks keldrikorruse tõttu lõhnas veidi hallituse ja kopituse järele. Väikesed lapsed saavad joosta ja vanu asju uurida. Sisustuses palju indiapärast, veidi hipilik. Katusealuses saab suitsetada. Lähedal turg ja Vatikan. Tänavalt privaatne sissepääs.
