Roma Termini is at 1 km. This is a centrally located apartment, which has a kitchen with some equipment like gas stove and Oven. It also has nearby restaurants and supermarket. Super Lage mit wenigen Einschränkungen

Das Appartement befindet sich etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Termini (Hauptbahnhof) Rom entfernt und die Lage war für uns entscheidend für die Buchung. Der Check-In war sehr einfach, Armando hat uns sehr gut beschrieben, wie wir zum Appartement kommen. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich und angenehm! Es war nicht notwendig den Schlüssel abzuholen, der Check-In war sehr flexibel genau wie der Check-Out. Gleich unter dem Appartement befindet sich zwei Restaurants. Wir waren fast täglich am Abend bei Jenny's und haben es sehr genossen. Die Santa Maria Maggiore sowie andere Sehenswürdigkeiten befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Termini. Auch Wasserbrunnen sind am Haus. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr einfach, aber völlig ausreichend eingerichtet. Für Gäste, die allein kochen wollen, würde ich es jedoch nicht empfehlen, da wirklich nur das Nötigste in der Küche vorhanden war. Uns hat sogar ein normales Schneidemesser gefehlt, es gab nur welche mit Zacken. Wir waren täglich außer zum Frühstück außerhalb essen, also war das in Ordnung für uns. Das Bad ist sehr klein und etwas ungünstig eingerichtet. Für Menschen mit mehr Gewicht ist der Platz zwischen Toilette und Waschbecken sehr eng. Wir sind schlank, aber ich wollte es erwähnen. Dafür die Dusche jedoch groß genug und alles recht modern gemacht. Ebenfalls hatten wir als Deutsche wirklich unsere Probleme mit dem Warmwasserboiler. Eine Beschreibung hierfür wäre super gewesen. Durch die unmittelbarer Nähe zum Restaurant unter uns, war es oft sehr laut im geschlossenen Hinterhof. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon zur Waschkammer, auf dem man jedoch nicht sitzen kann. Die Klimaanlage hat uns dafür bei einer Hitze von über 34 Grad sehr gut gefallen! Für regnerische Tage hängen sogar 2 Schirme bereit. Sehr nett! Insgesamt war das Appartement durch die Lage sehr gut. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet und stets freundlich. Die Ausstattung ok. Wem die Lage wichtiger ist als die Ausstattung, ist hier richtig.

Wonderful experience

The apartment is beautiful, super functional, it has all you can ask for. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of nightlife. We like walking so we walked to the center of Rome every day, and it’s totally doable. Armando was very attentive and followed up on each of the questions we had, and asked us if we needed anything every day. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with respect to accommodations during holidays. We were four adults and were very comfortable in the apartment. Highly recommended!

L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Armando est un parfait hôte réactif et chaleureux. L'appartement est bien situé à proximité de la gare (10 min de marche) et dans un quartier étudiant agréable où des petits restaurants et cafés sont accessibles dès le bas de l'immeuble. Nous étions 4 dont deux enfants de 4 ans et 2 ans. Je recommande vivement ! The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Armando is a perfect responsive and warm host. The apartment is well located near the station (10 min walk) and in a pleasant student area where small restaurants and cafes are accessible from the bottom of the building. We were 4 including two childrens of 4 years and 2 years. I highly recommend !

Beautiful and comfortable!

What a great place to vacation with my daughter! Very comfortable bed, nice kitchenette with everything that you would need and very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was fantastic- great restaurants right outside the door. Everything we needed close by - groceries, cappuccino, apertivo, pizza, pasta, gelato! Friendly people at every turn! Loved staying at this lovely B&B.

Appartement plutôt central et bien desservi par les transports en commun. Tout équipé ( lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, clim ... ) et propre, les deux pièces à vivre, dont une doté d'un petit balcon, donne sur une cours calme. Le propriétaire est charmant, disponible et nous a donné la possibilité de partir et arriver à n'importe quelle heure. Une expérience très positive !!!

This apartment was a available on very short notice which we appreciated greatly. The host was very easy to work with, friendly, helpful, and even arranged our taxi to the airport. The apartment was very comfortable for two people, well furnished, nicely decorated with unique brick barrel ceilings. Grocery stores nearby, and train station 20 minutes away by foot.

Friends Trip in Rome

Fantastic place to stay! About a 10 minute walk to the closest train station, 5 minute walk to the trams. Being 3 of us travelling together, the apartment was the perfect size- a lovely big space, so we didnt feel on top of each other at all. Armando was in constant communication with me from the moment I booked the apartment. His brother Aldo checked us in, and gave us some fantastic tips on markets, routes and general information about the area, and spoiled us with a welcome package of delicious authentic Italian treats. The extra details and care from Aldo and Armando certainly went a long way, and were highly appreciated. Thank you for making our stay so easy and enjoyable, one we will fondly remember!
