Wunderbare herzliche und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber!!! Neurenovierte sehr aubere Unterkunft. Zentral gelegen. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen! Der Vatican liegt nur 5 - 10 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Tolles typisches Italienisches Frühstück, welches im Cafe gegenüber der Unterkunft gereicht wird. Umliiegende Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kann alles zu Fuß erreicht werden ! Wir waren 1 Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir fkommen im nächsten Jahr wieder!!!

Very helpful landlady and the property couldn't be in a better location - 10 minutes walk to the Vatican City and lots of cafes and shops nearby. The room was spotless and it was handy having a small fridge and a mini-kitchen in the room.

My stay at Caroline Rooms was spectacular! Caroline met us upon our arrival and helped us with our bags and check in, giving us directions to nearby tourist attractions and restaurant recommendations. The building was easy to find and felt very safe and secure. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend staying with Caroline during your trip to Rome and would not hesitate to stay here again. Grazie, Caroline!

Caroline, really good and provided personalized service. she go above and beyond in terms of customer service. She gave us advice we’re to go and must see in Rome. She booked our transportation from and to to airport. and help us booking our Vatican tour. Her hotel location in the center. Accessible to grocery, restaurant and shopping area. the en-suite room was spacious, modern, very clean, quiet and a joy to come back to after a hard day of sight seeing. beds were very comfortable! Most of all, caroline was soooo!!!!!!!!!!!! nice and went out of her way to help in any way she could with any tourist problems encountered!

Centraal gelegen, op loopafstand van het Vaticaan en vlakbij metro en leuke restaurants. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen door Caroline met goede tips voor restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Kamers zijn netjes, mooi gelegen en ruim voldoende voor je verblijf in Rome.

Location is reasonable...not elegant, not shabby. Ameniteis are so so, no front desk, it requires 3 keys to get to the room. Elevator 2 person max. However Caroline and her jusband are very nice people.

Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Gastgeber sehr persönlich. Man wird von Caroline und ihrem Mann persönlich begrüßt begrüßt und in eine herrschaftliche Altbauwohnung, Lage Nähe Vatikan, geleitet. Es gibt 4 Zimmer, jeweils mit Bad & Klo en suite. Es gibt super Lokale in der Nähe, halten Sie sich an Carolines Tips, Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein. Das Frühstück wird in einem Bistro ums Eck eingenommen, und nachdem ich etliche Bistros ausprobiert habe kann ich bestätigen, die Croissants gehören zum besten was Rom zu bieten hat. Kein Wunder, dass dort stets geschäftiges Treiben herrscht. Wenn es an der Ausstattung überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann dass die Matratzen schon etwas durchgelegen waren und der Satellitenempfang auf Hotbird beschränkt war, da Astra (der Satellit mit allen deutschsprachigen Sendern und etlichen englischsprachigen) zwar eingespeichert, aber nicht empfangbar war. Halb so wild heutzutage, das WLAN war stabil und lud zum streamen ein. Caroline ist auf WhatsApp erreichbar und beantwortet Fragen ihrer Gäste innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Wo gibt's das schon? Insgesamt also ein sehr positives Urlaubserlebnis.

A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment room in a traditional Rome apartment block. Had everything we needed and was far enough outside the tourist area to be peaceful but close enough so that we could walk to all of the sights. Although there is no permanently staffed reception, Caroline, the owner, is really helpful and is easily accessible should anything happen. We as a family had two double rooms and both were of an equally good standard. Our stay was really smooth and Caroline's advice was really useful in making our trip to Rome memorable.

Caroline was a great hostess. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. The apartment was clean and in a great location. She also responded to WhatsApp messages when we were out and about to give advice. I’d definitely recommend this as a base to explore Rome!
