In una delle location più suggestive di Roma - proprio di fronte al Pantheon - si ha la possibilità di vivere un’esperienza unica soggiornando in un appartamento di grande fascino ubicato al 2° piano di un palazzo risalente all’anno 1400.

Soltanto 8 metri separano questa casa dal famoso Tempio fatto costruire nell’anno 27 A.C. dal Console Marco Agrippa in omaggio a tutte le Divinità e successivamente dopo un grande incendio fatto ricostruire integralmente dall’imperatore Adriano tra il 118 ed il 125 D.C.
Questo monumento che resiste al tempo da più di 2000 anni, splendido ed imponente
fin dal periodo del grande Impero Romano e perfettamente conservato fino ad oggi rappresenta il segno evidente che Roma è una città eterna ed in continuo movimento, sempre più bella ed affascinante.

Descrizione :
L’appartamento è ubicato al 2° piano senza ascensore in un un piccolo e caratteristico palazzetto del 1400 con un solo appartamento per piano, ha una superficie di 45 Mq . ed è composto da soggiorno con divano letto, camera con letto grande, un bagno con doccia e zona cucina completamente attrezzata. L’appartamento è fornito di smart TV in soggiorno, connessione ad internet, dispositivi di sicurezza e tutti i confort di una moderna abitazione ma senza rinunciare al fascino della vecchia dimora con soffitti in legno e antico pavimento in cotto.

Altre cose da tenere a mente:
- Se la prenotazione è per 2 persone e si ha la necessità di dormire in letti separati, chiedere al momento della prenotazione di avere anche il divano letto, in tal caso ci sarà un costo aggiuntivo di Euro 20.

- In conformità con la normativa locale è obbligatorio per ogni ospite pagare all'ospitante al momento del check-in la tassa di soggiorno di 6,00 euro per ogni notte di soggiorno fino a 10 notti.

Convenient location

This flat is very convenient for seeing the sights in Rome. There are several restaurants close by. Returning to the flat by taxi is simple because you just tell the driver to take you to the Pantheon, that way you don’t have to remember the address. About 15 minutes away from the Colesseum and the Vatican.

Amazing view

IfYou are looking for an amazing view it really doesn’t get much better than this.Communication with host is great. There was an issue with the heat while we were there. They advised us exactly what time a repair person would be there.Just a note for anyone that might have challenges with stairs. The apartment is up a couple of very very steep stairs.so be prepared. Thankfully we only had carry on small bags so it was manageable.

Beautiful location

Wonderful apartment overlooking the Pantheon. My family of 4 loved this apartment. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The only thing to make note of is that, while there are air conditioning units, they act more like big fans than true air conditioning. We stayed during a heatwave and we were fine but if you are someone who is traveling in the summer and is sensitive to heat then it may be too warm for you. Overall a wonderful stay!

Incredible location!

This apartment has a couple little inconveniences but none of them matter when you see the view. It's an old building, with an incredibly beautiful old front door, and charming decor. For the price, it's absolutely the best deal in Rome. The Pantheon is the heart of the city and you get to live like a local right beside it.

This is a spectacular apartment overlooking the most beautiful building from ancient times. It's a magical place to stay, and we enjoyed people watching and listening to opera in the piazza while we relaxed after a long day of sightseeing. If you love Rome, the Pantheon and being in the heart of the historic center, book this place! Hosts are great, very responsive and the apartment is well organized for a family with two children. We will be back!

Charming and great location

We loved this apartment, overlooking the Pantheon. It was very comfortable and we loved the vintage feel. In the evenings we watched the action in the piazza. The location was great, with our favorite coffee and gelataria very close by. Our host communicated well with us and we would stay again if we came back to Roma.
