Cool BDR apartment in the best area of Rome! Piazza Farnese ; Historical Center

a Cozy one bedroom apartment, right in the middle of Rome's center. You can walk within 5 minutes to Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Campo Di Fiori (Rome's farmers market) and Piazza Navona. The apartment is tucked in one of the best residential streets where you can find many amazing local restaurants, post office, several supermarkets, ATM's and breakfast and lunch bars by the neighborhoods' Local owners, whom are kind, polite and informative of their city. Food supplies + Breakfast will be provided on arrival. Guests will have access to a conceirge doctor if needed. Private tours can be provided upon request. THe owner is American (native NYorker) and lives in Rome for over 25 years and has created her own guidebook for her guest to enjoy. All the apartment needs is you!

This apartment just made our stay. Right from the beginning the communication with the owner was great and the local guide of nearby restaurant recommendations and useful information Nicole provided was so helpful. The location is amazing, walkable to so many sites and very close to easy to navigate bus routes. Quiet, safe area with a lovely buzz and I definitely recommend this place.

Amazing location

Amazing apartment in a great location! Clean and beautiful. On top of that, Nicole was available for anything and her suggestions on what to do in the area were great! Definitely recommend.

Great Stay

The host provided me a wide variety of amenities and offered local hotspots so I wouldn't get hit with tourists prices. The check in and check out was seemless and communication was very responsive. Will use this host again.

We were able to check in early since our flight landed early in the morning! We loved the area and the go to guide Nicole provided us was a huge plus!!! This is a great apartment in a quiet corner of Rome's Centro Storico (historical center). You're close enough to walk to Piazza Navona, St. Peter's, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Pantheon, etc. all in a few minutes, but also on a quiet side street so you can get a good night's sleep. Nicole was a great host--very welcoming and knowledgeable, with plenty of great recommendations!

Our cozy Roman Apartment was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect. Nicole made our visit very special and stress free. Centrally located made walking to all the major tourist sites easy. Also just off V. Emanuele so if you did want to take the bus it’s convenient. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Nicole, the host, was very helpful. Only downside was that the building is old so ceiling is a little thin (could hear the upstairs neighbors at times)

Wish You Were Here

I traveled to Rome for the David Gilmour shows at Circo Massimo. The location of this place was perfect. You can walk to everything. Maximum 20 min walk to Colleseo. Most everything else is less than that. Vatican City and St Peter’s Square is about 10 min and most of that is waiting for traffic lights!! Owner made me feel like a local for a week. So grateful!! I’ve waited for this trip a long time and it was everything I’ve always imagined. Viva Roma! I’ll be back…

Even Better Than The Photos!

I stayed at Nicole’s apartment for a whole week and it was lovely! Nicole was super flexible with check-in time, gave me lots of recs for the neighborhood, and even texted just to check in during my stay. The apartment is even better than the photos, in my opinion. The location is right in the historical center and very safe, also don’t need to drag your suitcase up any stairs! I was there in summer and the AC was cold, the apartment was clean, quiet, and fully stocked with everything I could need (even hair tools!). I would definitely stay here again.
