The staff was friends. The room lacked attention. A light fixture did not work, there was hair on the bathroom floor, the shower didn't appear to have been cleaned, the fold out couch was dirty. The continental breakfast was limited. They didn't replace the orange juice. The computer for guests to use was not working. I recommend to anyone to find another place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel during the weekend of my son's wedding. It was convenient to the wedding venue and to restaurants in historic downtown Rome. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and the staff was very accommodating. I would stay here again.
