Fantastic Option for your Rome Visit

It was very nice! You have a room with a private bathroom adjacent to a common area kitchen and lounge. Access in and out of the location is very easy. The location is within easy walking distance to the tram, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II di Savoia square, and the Roma Termini train depot. Communication with Mario was fantastic and thorough. Constructive thoughts: breakfast was off site during our stay but was at a very close cafe. This wasn’t what we expected. The mattress felt well past its useful lifespan, but this is strictly my opinion and I don’t know how old the mattresses actually are. The entry to the building and access to the room felt outside typical as it was a secluded street and unique elevator - but neither impacted the hotel itself.

Mario was an amazing host going completely above and beyond. He even sent someone to help my mum who was scared about arriving to a new country by herself. Excellent communication and an easy walk to the termini station.

This is a room with bathroom in a shared area (kitchen and dining) in a big house. There is another room with other guests. It is located on the fourth floor. You are given a key and total independence. A two blocks from the Metro and just a few more from the train station. Breakfast is served in a coffee shop around the corner. In general, nice stay, nice room, very old building and the area is filled with souvenirs stores. Far away from the center. Once you know your basics you move around nicely. To open the door to the apartment you need a crash course cause it’s tricky. Our host was pacient and taught us how to use it. The shower is great. TV not so much. Recommendable!
