The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Convenient to many sites. Great local restaurants close by. Close to Termini Roma. Overall happy with our stay.

The manager was the best, he gave us the best advise on where to go and pointed it out in the map. The coffee/hot chocolate machine was absolutely amazing, it was the best part of our stay here!!! Thank you!! The hotel location was perfect, close to everything important!! I would love to stay here again!!

The location of this hotel is great. Many places to eat, bars, a supermarket and even a laundry across the street. Ivan and the rest of the staff were super in every way. Be aware that the elevator; it's a traditional European elevator be patient.

Great location

The hotel was great. I stayed in the economy room and so it was slightly small but just what I needed for a flying visit seeing all the sights. Literally everytime i made it back to the room i crashed out after a shower. 24hr concierge and so when i needed a 3am taxi, they called it in and it arrived within 5minutes. Although they say there was no Breakfast included the hotel put on a spread of croissants and coffee which was a nice added bonus. The only downside was our noisy neighbour who insisted on talking loudly on the phone until 2am

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal de recepción, siempre muy atentos y amables. El hotel tiene acceso cortos al transporte y caminando se puede llegar a puntos de interés. La estación de trenes Termini está a 9 minutos caminando.

El trato del personal de la recepción fue muy amable y muy servicial, a cualquier duda siempre tuvimos ayuda y respuesta. El hotel esta accesible a transporte y a diferentes lugares a pie.

忘れ物の問い合わせを無視されたまま。 また最終日、エレベーターが壊れたらしく 重たいスーツケースを 自力で階段の下に運んだのは 大変でした！！ 綺麗なホテルでしたので、最初は喜んで いましたが、後半は大変でした。

+ Easy walk to Termini station. Appreciated free coffee all day and croissants in the morning. - Elevator was not operational 4x during our 4-night stay. Wifi was intermittent. Difficult to find because the lobby was on the third floor of a multi use building. Poor mattress.
