Extra luxury in the heart of the historic center of Rome

Our luxury apartment is located in the historic center of Rome, just 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is 100 square meters and consists of a kitchen, living room with dining room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom of 10 square meters with shower with emotional waterfall. Restored with precious materials, with parquet floors, original ceilings in exposed wooden beams and LED lighting throughout the apartment. It is located on the third floor without elevator, is equipped with all comforts, heating, air conditioning, internet connection, 3 50-inch TV, safe, courtesy kit and hairdryer, towels and bed linen and kitchen supply, kettle, Nespresso machine, stereo with wire spread throughout the apartment.
On request it is possible to arrange the return transfer to the airport (not included in the price).

The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
For check-in after 10 pm, a supplement of 25 euros is required in cash upon arrival.

Exquisite Stay Beyond Expectations

We loved the gorgeous ancient apartment on Via Francesco Crispi with the best modern amenities. The furnishings were just beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Everything you need is nearby - the coffee shop across the street is very good. Plus, you are near the Spanish steps. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this unique apartment. It’s located at the top of the Spanish Steps, so very convenient to other sights and attractions in Rome. The apartment was clean and spacious. Lovely apartment, host was great and communicated quickly. Bed was comfortable. This location can not be beat easy parking and right at the top of the Spanish steps, only complaint is it feels like you have to climb the spanish stairs every time you go to your room. Definitely stay here, just be prepared

It was a very clean and comfortable stay. The location could not be beat. It was a 5 minute walk to the Spanish steps and tons of shopping and restaurants. A taxi stand was nearby as well. Joey was responsive and helpful. Advice - you will need to pick up some basics like cooking supplies, napkins etc. We were supplied with a wine and water when we checked in which was great.

We Loved this Apartment, we stayed for 4 nights and it was nice and quiet. The neighbourhood was safe, we loved the location with the spanish steps so close. We appreciated the fresh water on the fridge and the prosecco 💖 Toiletterie and cleaning was provided. Would have been nice to have a more comfortable sofá bed, not suitable for an adult, but my kid was comfortable so it was ok! Just so you know, there are three set of stairs, because its on the 3rd floor, and the elevador wasnt working, but The host helped with our bags in the check in and check out. Remarcable service, thank you Joey! Also we ate a lot of pasta so we were happy with our daily stairs excercise.

Great Place to Visit Rome

The apartment was immaculate and as advertised. Be aware it is 62 steps to the apartment. Joey and his colleague carried our bags at check in and checkout. Close to Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum and Colliseum. If I had to offer any suggestions for improvement it would be better mattresses. Also, one should be aware that if anyone is in the unit above it can be quite loud.

Our 3 day stay was fantastic. The apartment was exactly as shown! Stunning from every corner. Our first time in Roma and the apartment is conveniently located - you’re just a short walk from the Trevi, Spanish Steps and so much more. Joey, the host was amazing. Extremely easy to communicate with and replied right away with any questions I had. He helped us with our luggage when we arrived and was there in the morning to help us again when we left. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. We didn’t cook but used the fridge for breakfast necessities. I highly recommend this apartment!

Incredible Stay with an Exceptional Host

Our stay at this luxury two-bedroom apartment in Rome was absolutely perfect. The property itself was stunning—beautifully designed, extremely clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Its central location made it incredibly easy to explore the city, with major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation just a short walk away.What truly set this stay apart was the host. From the moment we arrived, he was beyond helpful—even carrying our bags to the apartment. Throughout our stay, he was always responsive, promptly bringing us extra supplies when needed. However, his kindness and generosity really shone when we encountered an unexpected medical emergency during checkout. He immediately helped us call an ambulance, assisted with translation at a crucial time, and held onto our luggage while we figured out accommodations near the hospital.We can’t recommend this apartment—and this incredible host—enough. If you’re looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and stress-free stay in Rome, this is the place!

Great location but….

For the most part, the property was everything listed. Except we were promised an air conditioned apartment. Upon arrival, the manager told me that the air-conditioning in the bedrooms didn’t work. He also said he had set the air conditioning in the family room for us, but that didn’t work either. The property is beautiful, but remember everybody as they state it is on the third floor, which in the United States means the fourth floor. Carrying luggage up and down can be rough, but we knew what we were getting into there. It’s also very well appointed and Clean. The host was also very nice except again. We paid for a fully air-conditioned hotel in the middle of Rome and did not get it.
