Fiera2 is part of 4 apartments sleeping 4/5 people each. Located halfway between the city and Fiumicino airport, Fiera 2 is an inexpensive fully equipped apartment perfectly connected to the city, to the beaches and to Fiera di Roma conference center.



This rate includes: * Utilities * WiFi Internet connection * Courtesy kit (soap and shampoo) * In the apartments are pillows, blankets, bed sheets (for twin beds), towels, tea towel and bath mat * Air conditioning (1.6 30.9) and heating (1.11 15.4) * Free local calls. * Cleaning assurance: if you do not find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours of your arrival and I will have the apartment(s) cleaned again, free of charge. * 24 hours assistance for any issue not only pertaining to the apartment * Free healtcare 24h assistance in English, French, German and Spanish (Health advice, Medical dispatch, connection with the hospital, etc.) * Use of the private internal parking space EXTRAS: * Car transfer to/from airport/stations (from 70 Euros up to 3 persons). * Baby cot (less than 2 yo) : free (please note that I do not provide linen, blankets or pillows for the baby cot)

Arrivals: The check in time is from 4:00 PM, but I m flexible! If you d like to arrive earlier, contact me in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you. After 4:00 PM, you can check in independently, provided that the online registration has been completed in advance. We will then arrange to meet in person for verification. If you prefer an in person check in, we must schedule a precise appointment. Please note that: * After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of 50. * After midnight, the extra charge is 70. Departures: Check out must be completed by 10:00 AM. If you have different preferences, please inform me at least 2 days in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you! Pets I m happy to welcome your furry friends! A cleaning fee of 50 per stay applies for deep cleaning.

To get to Fiera di Roma Exhibition Centre you can either walk (800 metres or 1/2 mile, but 200 metres are dangerous to walk, because without side walk, take a train from ponte Galeria station to Fiera station (1,50 Euros, 2 minutes) or take bus 808 (1,50 Euros, 5 minutes). Either station and bust stop are just in front of the apartment.

Fiera 2 is a charming 45 square (485 SqFt) meters apartment, sleeps 4, second floor. It has a living room with a lovely kitchenette, 2 single sofa beds that can be combined into a double bed and a nice fireplace. The bedroom furnishing includes two large single beds (that can be joined on request in a large kingsize bed) and a wardrobe. The apartment is furnished in the practical but elegant Ikea style and with every comfort you wish: large balcony, free private parking space , air conditioning, WiFi Internet access, washing machine, TV, telephone.
