Great place to stay and staff was very attentive. Breakfast should be a variety and not just a croissant and since most travelers are heading to Vatican City. The staff at the cafe shop were awesome.

All in all a good place but the use of the lift was a problem and having to haul baggage 6 floors not enjoyable - customer service didn’t respond to inquiry on lift - other than that room is clean and well located to train and as described

I guess the property is typical for Rome, however it’s is budget friendly and is central close to transit and train. Elevators doesn’t work all the time and we have to walk 6th flight of stairs. If this is a constant problem they should atleast have someone to take the luggage down stairs. Other than that u get what u paid for.

Je ne savais pas que c’était un guest house Mais c’était très bien. Situé près de la station de Metro. Apportez des adaptateurs pour les prises électriques si vous n’êtes pas européens, il n’y a pas de prise USB non plus.

Para no repetir

La habitación con muchísimo polvo y un olor a cañerías horroroso. La primera noche, al dormir, un ruido repentino y fuerte… resulta ser que se enciende unos calentadores cuando tú u otro huésped de otra habitación se ducha. Duchas sin gel. Lo peor de todo? El acceso. Se necesitan tres códigos para acceder, pues el de la puerta principal no me funcionó dos días, por lo que tuve que quedarme en la puerta esperando a que llegara alguien ya que no hay recepción (solo hasta las 2 pm) y el WhatsApp ni llamadas atendían. En resumen, no volveré ni recomendaré jamás

La ubicación del piso del hotel excelente, pero son unos aprovechados y mentirosos, tengan mucho cuidado, nos dieron la habitación B con balcón, la cual era la única que no tenía agua caliente, nos hicieron creer que era un problema de todas las habitaciones y terminaron reconociendo que solo era de nuestra habitación, solo ofrecieron una disculpa pero no una solución, tuve que insistir en que nos cambiaran de habitación y de mala gana y con pretextos lo hicieron, probamos los baños de dos de las habitaciones y no tenían ningún problema!!! De igual manera volvieron a ofrecer esta habitación a otro huésped, toda una estafa. La habitación que me dieron al tercer día (me tuve que bañar dos días con agua no fría, helada) era de un costo menor, solicité una compensación y al día de hoy no he recibido un correo por parte de ellos o de Expedia, cuando informe a Expedia solo recibí una disculpa pero señalaron que ellos no podían hacer nada… cuando es por este medio que hice la reserva, las autoridades me recomendaron levantar una denuncia en contra del hotel, tengan mucho cuidado!!
