Muna was lovely, she sent me a detailed description of how to get in each door and the code for the room, the room was lovely and the bed was comfy, the only issue was the toilet seat was too small for the toilet so it needs replacing and the tap was constantly dripping even when turned off fully. I would stay here again as it was in a fantastic area, walkable to all the sights

Nice welcoming, good location

Muna met us at the airport and was very helpful with check-in. Good location if you are in Rome for a day or to, visiting the most famous spots i central Rome. Short walk from Roma Termini, perfect when travelling by train.

The property was great and in a great location. It was very clean, good air conditioning and good kitchen facilities. The bathroom was great and clean as well. The only negative we have to say is that the two single beds put together had both mattresses leaning us both into the middle of the bed. Other than that we would highly recommend this property.

Although it is not located in the most exciting or clean area of Rome, it is quite near many metro, bus, and tram stations as well as the main train station, making it very easy to get to the exciting parts of the city. The room was spacious and clean and the air condition was a huge plus. The only downside is that because there is a shared kitchen/dining space for all of the guests, it got quite noisy with other families being loud in the kitchen.

Good location. The landlady was very friendly and made the instructions on how to enter the building very easy to follow. Spacious rooms and we would highly recommend to anyone.

Staff were very nice, and being close to termini really made it easy to get around not only Rome but Lazio as well. Nice rooms, very comfy beds, good water pressure (by Italian standards.) I would love to stay there again next time I’m in the city

Lovely shared apartament.. great location near a park, restaurants in front of the location with great food and a variety of choices. Walkable distance for the important attractions in Rome. We had a good experience at guest house Maria for our 3 night stay. We loved being so close that almost everything was walkable that we wanted to see! It’s not the nicest area surrounding the apartment but it is very secure- it takes 4 keys to get through the different doors. They reached out a few weeks before our stay and offered to get us from the airport for a fairly reasonable price which made check in very easy and convenient. You do have to pay a nightly tax but the other place we are staying in Venice also does that.
