We are applying the new sanitation procedures for the apartment, in line with the indications and protocols of the Italian Health Authorities and WHO, to guarantee the safety of our guests.

The apartment will be just for you. You won't share it with any other guests.

The apartment is located in a beautiful 1886 palace.
There is a spacious inner courtyard with many beautiful plants. The palace is very quite.
The apartment is very large (70 m2) and confortable.
The Entrance onpens onto a very spacious living room (26 m2). It is a very sunny room with large window. There is a table for 4 people, a LCD TV 40" with NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO and other app, a double sofà bed and a sofà, the room has Air Conditionig.
From the living room a corridor will bring you to the other rooms.
At the end of the corridor there is the bed room.
It is a very confortable and elegant room. It is sunny and spacious (26 m2). There is a double bed with anallergic mattress, a large wardrobe, Air Conditioning.
The apartment has also a fully furnished and equipped kitchen.
There is a refrigerator, a freezer, a gass stove, an owen, an italian coffee maker, a caffee machine with capsule (we provide the best capsule for an original italian expresso) and all the kitchenware.
The bathroom is very confortable, it has bath tube. Hot water is unlimited.

The apartment is supplied with air conditioning, free WiFi and heating system.
Towels and lines are included in the price.
The condominium regulation require to KEEP OFF the air conditioning after 11:30 p.m. (23:30), douring the night.

We can organize for you a SHUTTLE SERVICE from and to the airport. A professional driver will wait you at the exit of the luggage claim and bring you directly to the apartment.

CHECK IN IS ALLOWED FROM 15:00 (3:00 P.M.) TO 20:00 (8:00 P.M.)

Beautiful gem!

Beautiful apartment and wonderfully furnished. Close to metro stop and groceries. Managers were awesome! Communication was prompt and professional. They provided a full tour and instructions of the apartment. We will definitely stay here again!

Great property for Roma. Bed super comfy, facilities excellent. About 20 min walk to Colosseum close to Train line. We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of different restaurant s around not just Italian so that was a nice change

This is a lovely, clean apartment close to the metro and Rome termini train station. Check in was easy and the owner gave us personal instructions and was easy to reach. We had a wonderful stay!

Large apartment — quiet and comfortable retreat

After roaming Rome, we looked forward to returning to this apartment. The rooms are spacious and well arranged for lounging, reading, snacking and sleeping. Excellent air conditioning units cool down and keep the large rooms cool (we were there in July). Nearby are good restaurants and the Termini train station and metro stations are within easy walks.

A Lovely Stay in a community of Rome

We had a great experience in this apartment. The apartment had all the amenities that one would require as well as a little washing machine for laundry. The bedroom was very spacious with many areas to keep one's belongings in an orderly way. The bed was very comfortable! The apartment was very quiet and very secure as it is locked from the street. We found the apartment to be well situated in that it was close to grocery stores, close to the metro line, tram line as well as the main train and bus termini. We very much enjoyed one of the oldest and most delicious gelato places in the city just around the corner too! The owners of this property were especially easy to communicate with. They were very prompt with any replies to messages and were very welcoming and helpful. In fact, they arranged our transportation from the airport to the property and met us there to go over the apartment and the particulars about the workings of everything in the apartment. They also arranged our transportation back to the airport at the end of our stay and helped us at check out. They were very much appreciated! We would highly recommend this property for a really enjoyable stay.

9 Days in Rome

The apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable. You can everything buy in a circle of 300m. Visit the mercato nuovo di esquilino early in the morning. If you stay longer in Rome, book a trip to Tivoli from home. If you go to the Vatikan museums, have lunch at the bistro, not at the self service. The communication with Rosaria an Angelo (the owners) was perfect. Somewhere you can read, that the area near station Termini is a little bit difficult. But that is not the truth. By night you should not go to station, but near the apartment is eveything safe, and everytime are policeman on Piazza Vittorio Emanuele.

Spacious 3rd floor apartment. Clean and quiet. Nicely equipped with some extras for an extended stay. Close to the best gelato and several good restaurants. Host was very helpful with recommendations and booking an airport shuttle for us. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay!

This flat's location is wonderful! Lovely park (Piazza Vittorio Emmanuele) with a Metro station a block away, numerous restaurants, coffee bars, bakeries and grocery stores within a few blocks, and easy walking distance to the Colosseum, Forum and most sights. Generally quiet too. We had a great stay.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this apartment. Convenient for the train station and getting to all the sights of Rome. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby and easy for buses and metro. Felt like living with the local population rather than as a tourist. Very good communication with hosts who were helpful at all times.

Great location

Great location with a short walk to the Metro which can take you to all the touristy areas. The neighborhood has great local places. Its a mixed neighborhood so you can find Italian dining or drop in places as well as some amazing Oriental cuisine and Mediterranean. The apartment had everything and and whatever you need is a short enjoyable walk to a store or one of many mini stores. I’m American so the shower was on the small side but other than that the renter communicated with us through the whole process and arranged a service to pick us up on the last day and drive us to the airport. When I had a question about Netflix I got a response in 30 seconds. Via Merulana is a short walk out the front door and to the right. This will get you to the big church for Our lady of Guadalupe or Mary whichever way you refer to her. Along the way to that you will find small local shops to buy amazing local products from real handmade leather goods to clothes and anything you may desire. The restaurants are a travelers Dwight as you pick as you walk. Also there is a theater on the street that was presenting a musical which we would have gone to had we known.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosaria’s property. It was a great location for seeing Romes sites and Rosaria was an excellent host. We would definitely consider staying again if we were back in Rome

We spent 6 nights here and had a fabulous time. All of Rome is in walking distance from here. The apartment was immaculate and contained every kitchen and bathroom accessory you can imagine. Angelo explained everything to us. Rosaria was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.
