I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. Staff is very nice and welcoming, the rooms are cleaned every day and the best thing is having the metro station and the bus stop 3 minute walking from the hotel.

Great hotel in heart of Pigneto

Great stay at Hotel Geo. Staff was amazing. Someone is at the counter 24/7 and always willing to answer a question or help in any way. Location is in the heart of Pigneto, so very close to many, many great places to eat and drink or just hang out. Highly recommend for any international traveler!

Close to buses and trains, I just found the area with many alleys to be a little dangerous. Other than that, the accommodation is great and there are places to eat very close by.

The only thing to like was the bed; was comfortable. Flooring was peeling off. No ironing facility No life; had to carry my luggage throw a narrow stair case. No drinking water, electric kettle with tea/coffee provided Location was weird and spooky yet few minutes walk to Pigneto metro station.

No elevators and staff didn’t offer to assist us moving luggage up a flight of stairs. Rooms were so dated. Shower doors were broken and water leaked everywhere. Walls were dirty. Glad we only stayed one night and I slept on top of the bed too.

Disappointed

All I can say is that they must have had an exceptional photographer. The room was smaller, darker, and uglier than in the photos. When we arrived the window was open. This might have been ok for most rooms but ours overlooked the nearby rubbish bins! The walk from the tube station was past graffiti covered buildings. Not a great first impression on arriving in Rome. On the plus side, the hotel staff were very pleasant and the hotel is close to the nearby metro station.

Did not like this place, it's not what it looks like on the hotel website when I make the reservation, the area and neighborhood is very dirty, when I got there to check in I got to my room, the air conditioner was broken, I was told the air conditioner was broken for all the hotel, they want me to stay in the room with a fan, I say no then they give me another room with a portable air conditioner, the elevator is very small and it can only be use for the luggage.

Péssimo!

Hotel muito mal conservado, com móveis, cama e roupa de cama antigas demais. Além disso, chuveiro terrível, com pouquíssima água e sem esquentar direito. Tivemos que pedir para arrumar duas vezes e adiantou quase nada, além de nos negarem trocar de quarto mesmo com esse problema. Além disso, secador do século passado, ou seja, não sai ar algum!

O hotel tem um ótimo custo benefício, e na minha opinião está bem localizado a poucos minutos de estação pigneto e da linha de bonde 14/5. Sem nenhuma dúvida me hospedaria lá outra vez.

Hotel confortável, a Jenifer da recepcao super atenciosa e gentil. O hotel nao fica proximo ao centro, porem e possivel utilizar a linha C do Metro que da acesso a todas as direções os tickets podem ser comprados nas maquinas no proprio metro, a maioria so aceita o pagamento no cartao.

Me perece un buen hotel, se escucha el trafico alrededor por las noches, pero se honesto, si andas en roma por placer llegas agotado y solo a dormir, y de lo agotado no notas ruidos o etc. baño amplio y comodo. cuarto grande.
