The room was very clean, a bit dated but I only intended to sleep and shower there so no problem at all. Price was very good and the location is good in my eyes, it was a 10 minute walk to the metro and also the train station, which are next to each other. There's a shopping mall with supermarket 6-7 minutes away for all your needs. Nice, friendly and polite staff and the guy I met spoke great English too.. Would recommend if you plan to see this great city.

The staff were lovely, the lobby looks nice but the room was very dated. Cracked paint, old furniture and one of the electric points was loose. Thw shower doors weren't smooth opening and closing. No air conditioning, just a vintage, noisy fan. It was clean though and the bed is comfy. It's quite well situated, a bus runs right past the hotel to the metro station 4 stops away. There's free internet, i can't commwnt on the food because I never ate there. It's a good budget hotel if you're not planning to spend too long in your room.

Clean, comfortable and quiet

Very nice clean place to stay. Big apartment 3 beds, 2 double and 1 twin. Nice kitchenette and very clean bathroom. The lady at the reception was very friendly but she did not speak English. We managed to understand each other anyway. 😁

Nettes und sehr sauberes Hotel

Wir haben das Hotel über ein Sonderangebot gebucht während ein Freund aus London ebenfalls dazugekommen ist. Er hat das schöne Zimmer, welches überall auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, gekriegt und wir haben das Zimmer im Souterrain gekriegt. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber da unten war es echt etwas unheimlich. Baustelle, völlig verdreckter Boden im Flur und ab 7 Uhr morgens haben die Bauarbeiter sich lässig unterhalten und fein gespachtelt und gehämmert. Zigarettenqualm ging auch ab und zu durch die Tür durch... das war leider nicht so schön... aber gott sei dank waren wir nur zum übernachten dort. Das Zimmer ist absolut sauber und das war uns das wichtigste. Das Hotel ist 10 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn entfernt. Achtung: wer abends noch gemütlich in der Nähe des Hotels auf einen Absacker gehen möchte, der wird vergeblich nach einem offenen Lokal suchen... Die Gegend ist dann doch etwas abgelegen. Jedoch wie gesagt: wer nur eine saubere Übernachtung braucht, dann ist er hier an der richtigen Adresse. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Vatikan

Das Personal ist ganz freundlich! Wir hatten öfters fragen bezüglich der Verkehrsmittel ( wie kommt man am besten wo an) und sie nahmen sich immer genügend Zeit uns weiterzuhelfen. Die Zimmern sind sehr ok, nicht die neuesten aber wir hatten auch eine Küche mit Ausstattung, somit konnten wir auch im Hotel uns was zubereiten, das Bett war bequem und das Badezimmer sowie Duschkabine recht groß.. Es hatte auch ein paar kleine Störfaktoren .. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und neben uns war eine Familie mit Kindern die begann sxhon um 6 zu schreien und zu raufen, und außerdem hatten wir nur am ersten Tag ausreichend Wifi.. Die anderen Tagen konnten wir uns nicht verbinden. Aber was ich dazu sagen muss.. Für den Preis ist die Leistung sehr gut, und man fühlt sich wohl im Zimmer!! Aja, und Metrostation befindet sich in der Nähe! Und wer fliegt/fährt schon nach Rom um im Zimmer zu bleiben? wir haben dort nur geschlafen und uns Nachmittags ausgeruht.. Ich würde die Residenz sicher nochmals buchen.

Das Hotel ist wirklich schon veraltet und dadurch leider sehr hellhörig, aber das ist auch schon alles, was man als negative Kritik äußern kann. Das Personal war SEHR freundlich und hilft einem immer weiter. So war es sauber und die Lage ist sehr ruhig, obwohl man sofort bei einer U-Bahn-Station der Linie A ist, mit der man zu den ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, vor allem zu dem Preis.

Personal sehr freundlich, aber srachliche komplikationen... zum großteil nur italienisch. Zimmer war sehr groß, leider war es kühl im zimmer und die Einrichtung benötigt kleinere Reperaturen.

Gemütliches Familienhotel in Zentrumsnähe

Das gemütliche Hotel liegt nahe dem Vatikan, nur 300 Meter entfernt von einer großen U-Bahnstation. Dadurch sind alle römischen Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem und schnell erreichbar. Auch der hauseigene Privatparkplatz, die teilweise apartementähnlichen "Wohnungen" sind gut ausgestattet und familienfreundlich. Ein nur einen kurzen Weg entfernter Supermarkt macht eine günstige Selbstversorgung möglich. Ein echter Geheimtipp!!!

Vom Zentrum eher abgelegenes Hotel..

Das Hotel ist ca. 1km von der Metro-Station entfernt. Bei der Metro war auch noch eine großflächige Baustelle - daher hier immer die Zeit mit einplanen! Das Positive ist aber, dass es wegen der Lage sehr ruhig ist! Die Zimmer waren total in Ordnung (Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Klimaanlage,..) wir haben sogar die Küche genutzt.

Fijn hotel in de mooiste stad van de wereld!

Prettig hotel. Superschool en de familiekamer is eigenlijk een appartement waar je naast de slaapkamer een woonkamer met slaapbank hebt waar een extra bed bij kan worden geplaatst. Daarnaast is er een groot terras bij het appartement. Personeel is erg aardig, wil over van alles meedenken en er word goed schoongemaakt! Een aanrader!

Gepflegtes Hotel insbesondere für Familien

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, selbst wenn man um 5 Uhr früh seinen Schlüssel nicht findet. Die Zimmer sind groß, inkl. Küche und die Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend. Geräuschisoliert sind die wahrscheinlich nicht so gut, aber wer verbringt schon den ganzen Tag am Zimmer. Es ist also durchaus vertretbar. Toll war die riesige Terrasse, die wir bei unserem Zimmer dabei hatten. Das Bad ist sauber und groß und generell wird jeden Tag das gesamte Zimmer gereinigt und Betten gemacht. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt ist eventuell die Lage. Man braucht definitv die Ubahn, um ins Zentrum und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen. Die Ubahnstation ist auch nur ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Aufpassen muss man etwas bei der Ankunft, da in Google Maps die Adresse einen nicht direkt zum Hotel führt, da muss man die Straße noch etwas weiterlaufen und dann sieht man die Schilder sofort. Die Ubahnen fahren auch bis 23.30 Uhr, also hat man kein Zeitproblem mit dem heimkommen. Auch ein Taxi dorthin ist nicht allzu teuer (ca. 15-20€ vom Zentrum, je nachdem wo man sich aufhält). Im großen und ganzen würde ich sagen, ist es sehr empfehlenswert insbesondere für Familien. Jüngeren Generationen (wie mir, Mitte 20) würde ich allerdings empfehlen näher zum Zentrum zu wohnen, insbesondere Trastevere aufgrund der vielen Bars und Restaurants kann ich hier sehr empfehlen. Da gratis wifi im öffentlichen Bereich hat es nach meiner Information nicht gegeben.

Ein preisgünstiges Hotel in guter Nähe zur Metro und einem Supermarkt in der Nähe. Ideal für einen Rom-Besuch, bei dem man meist unterwegs ist und auf Luxus im Hotel verzichten kann. Netter Service.

Sehr laut und veraltet

Das hotel macht von außen ein guten Eindruck aber die Gegend ist sehr dreckig, es liegt 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Metrostation und von dort aus sind es genau 2 Stationen zum Vatikan. Zur Zimmer, wir haben eine 5 Personen Zimmer gebucht, das erste Doppelbett war ok aber das zweite bett war eine Zumutung, es war eine klapp Sofa für zwei Personen und mann hat jede Kante von der Polsterung gespürt also Mann konnte überhaupt nicht schlafen jeden Morgen mit ruckenschmerzen aufgewacht. Die Bettdecken waren sehr alt und dreckig hatten nicht mal ein Bezug gehabt und im ruhegin gewissen zur schlafen, daher kann man es vergessen. Die Zimmer war frisch renoviert aber nichts hat funktioniert. - Steckdosen waren lose, - abzugshaube hat nicht funktioniert - Toilettentür lässt sich nicht abschließen ( bei 5 Personen nicht schön) - man könnte nur 2 Personen duschen danach war das Wasser alle - Heizungen haben ab 00:00 bis 6:00 morgens nicht funktioniert - es hat an jedem Fenster frischen Wind geweht obwohl es abgeschlossen war - man hat jedes spräch im Flur mitgehöMt - Der FahrstuhlSchacht führte genau im Zimmer durch Im ganzen war es nicht 3 Sterne hotel, bin sehr enttäuscht gewesen.

Disappointing

Hotellet virker nedslidt, og den første lejlighed vi fik tilbudt var direkte dårlig. Der var hundekoldt, og køkkenet var lille som et kosteskab. Vi fik dog senere tilbudt en varmere og bedre lejlighed. Området var meget trist og det flød med affald og hundelorte. Personalet på hotellet virkede ligeglade med det hele, så alt i alt en ret så skuffende oplevelse.
