We are so glad we chose to stay here. I wasn’t so sure at first because there are not many reviews. It is slightly outside of the city centre and by slightly, I do mean just that. In fact, I think we were able to get around to all the big sights faster thanks to the Metro station being just hop, skip and jump away from the B&B. We bought a weekly Metro pass and we’re good to go. The room itself was immaculate. Cleaned everyday. There were complimentary bottles of water, juices and packaged cakes and a little fridge. Also included were tickets for breakfast at a cafe a few steps away. We thought this cafe was very quaint. We drank our cappuccino and ate our croissants at the counter like the locals. The owner of the cafe was always very kind. As for the owner of the B&B, Marco, he was awesome! He met us right away when we arrived, got us oriented and gave us our keys. He greatly helped when it came to booking a return taxi to the airport. Lastly, but not least, there are a number of top-rated restaurants in short walking distance (3-7 min) from the B&B, where locals eat. They had fantastic food with proper prices! No tourists traps. We had 6 nights here and would most definitely stay here again.

Habitação é impecável! Tudo novo, em ótimas condições! Conforto da cama, do banheiro, dos móveis, acabamentos, tudo! Melhorias: toalhas e café da manhã eu esperava mais que 1 café (opção de capuccino, americano...) e 1 croissant (a qualidade de tudo é ótima!) Minha expectativa era um café com variedade, então foi pouco frustrante.

Great place

The room was very comfortable, clean, spacious, well decorated and maintained. It was located very close to the metro. Marco and his mother were great hosts and were very helpful whenever we needed. The breakfast was simple but the person responsible for it was very kind. We had pleasant days.

Stanza ampia, confortevole e molto ben arredata. Proprietario preciso e gentile. Posizione comoda, vicina alla metro e in una zona piacevole. Peccato che la colazione non sia servita in struttura ma in un bar convenzionato, ma comunque molto vicino.

Nice and clean place with a wonderful staff

One of the best places I've been so far in Italy. The owner is a wonderful person and she helps me a lot. I have no complains. The place is 30m from metro station Re di Roma. I strongly recommend it

Un B&B .... da re!

Comodo da raggiungere e punto di partenza centrale e appena tre fermate di metro dalla stazione Termini per la visita del centro. La struttura è molto curata nei particolari (parquet, doppi vetri, televisore a muro, condizionatore). La proprietaria è risultata empatica e simpatica senza affettazione L'accoglienza mi ha messo subito a mio agio e ho trovato disponibilità a accontentare le mie esigenze. La pulizia è molto curata. A scelta la colazione si può fare al bar con un ticket di convenzione compreso nel prezzo.Il B &B è luminoso, profumato e dal letto comodo. Lo raccomando per chi cerca una struttura dal rapporto buono prezzo qualità .
