A comfortable apartment located on the first floor (of three in total), with no elevator; situated within one of the famous “Lotti” of Historic Garbatella, a true hidden gem.
With 40 square meters of space, it accommodates two people and features one bedroom.

The neighborhood’s narrow streets will charm you with their beauty and the way its residents live in and cherish them.
Located in the heart of the neighborhood, just a 7-minute walk from the metro station (Line B/Blue), which connects to Rome’s main attractions.

The interior layout is as follows:

KITCHEN. Kitchenette equipped with a two-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, conventional oven, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils; dining table. Split-system AC.
BEDROOM. Double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), two nightstands with lamps, closet, TV (with Fire Stick to turn it into a smart TV), and sofa.
BATHROOM. Shower stall, toilet, bidet, sink, and hair dryer.

OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Independent heating with programmable thermostat.

- From Fiumicino Airport: You can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Roma Termini station. From there, take the metro (LINE A) to the “Ottaviano” stop (6 stops), which is about a 6-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport: Take the Terravision bus service to Roma Termini Station. From Termini, take the metro (LINE A) and get off at the "Ottaviano" stop (6 stops). The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the metro stop.

- From Roma Termini Station: You can reach the apartment by taking the metro (LINE A) to the “Ottaviano” stop (6 stops). From there, the apartment is easily accessible on foot in about 6 minutes.

- If you’re traveling by car: You can find paid parking along the streets near the property. Alternatively, you can park for a fee at Garage Risorgimento, located about an 8-minute walk from the property.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can gain access to the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.

Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

In case of problems, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
