Perfect location to all attractions

Everything was well within a 20 minute walk, and once you step out the front door you can see the Spanish steps. Only down side is a noisy restaurant on master bedroom side until about 3am every night.

Spacious apartment near Spanish Steps

Marco was a gracious host. The apartment is so spacious and central. We were able to walk to all the major sights. The kitchen was well stocked and Marco even brought us some extra things. Thank you for a great stay in Rome.

Wonderful apartment in Rome

The pictures don't do this apartment justice. It has beautiful marble flooring, lintels, etc. Very large for Rome. Very nice, safe area. Marco was a wonderful host, so helpful before and during our trip arranging transportation and answering questions. Would love to come back and stay here.

Perfect location

Location was perfect. Close to major sites. Check in was easy, and Marco was very responsive and assisted with transport to and from airport. Apartment is well appointed, very clean and tidy. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place and a great host!

The apartment is nice and open just a few blocks from the Spanish steps and is a great launching point for all the sights. Marco was great at check in and was easy to communicate with before arrival.

The apartment is in a great location, right in the center of Rome. It's very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The owners are very responsive and helpful as well. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

Great location

The apartment was very spacious and had everything you need for a stay in Rome. Excellent location close to many cafes, shops, and attractions. Mario was a very responsive host. The listing should mention that the two bathrooms are en-suite leaving those on the third bedroom without bathroom access at night. Also, the mold in the showers should be addressed .

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect. We could easily walk to everything. The first bedroom is right near the front door, and there are two other bedrooms on the other side of the unit. The first (front) bedroom does not have a bathroom. The other two bedrooms have an in-suite bathroom. The unit is older, and could use some updating but it still worked for our needs. Make sure you bring the right adapter for the outlets as we brought the wrong one with us. Marco was pleasant to work with.

Perfect for our Family!

Marco greeted us and spent time showing us the apartment and giving us recommendations on places to visit in the area. All the bedrooms were comfortable for our family of 6 (3 couples) and the common areas were quite large. There is a really cute outdoor area with table and chairs that was perfect for an evening night cap before turning in. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Spacious, lovely apartment in a great location.

The apartment was in a perfect location. It was super comfortable for our family of four, and it was a great place to come home to after long days sightseeing. The marble floors are incredible, and the easy access to the street (not a lot of stairs!) is welcome. Marco is a terrific host - easy to coordinate with pre-trip and accommodating in person. We loved it!

Perfectly located, clean and spacious enough for the 5 of us, including 3 teenagers.

Property was an ideal launch pad for our exploration. Walking and subway got us almost everywhere we wanted to go. Nearby grocery stores allowed us to cook dinner several nights. Host was responsive and helpful. All good.

Perfect Location!

We were a multigenerational family traveling together. Four adults ranged 35-62 and a 10-month old baby. Apartment was very large and clean. Kitchen was small, but most European kitchens are. Perfect location, walking distance to all sites. Literally 5 minutes from Spanish Steps, you can see them from the front door!! Communication with owner was excellent. We would most definitely stay here again!

The apartment was perfect for our family!

We were greeted, outside @ the front door, by Marco. He helped us with our bags & then gave us a tour of the spacious & very comfortable unit. Marco had made dinner reservations for us, per request, @ an extraordinary Italian restaurant within walking distance. We spent most of our days sightseeing so it was always great to “come home” to relax @ the dinner table. The apartment is located within walking distance to all the sites we chose to walk to & a short walk to a metro. It is a lovely unit & was ideal for our family vacation.

Fantastic location

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Marco’s apartment and he was a most awesome host, having milk, bottled water, coffee and even croissants there for us so we did not have to go to the store immediately. He also assisted us in setting up our transportation to the airport on our departure day which was at 5:30 in the morning. It was also great to have a washing machine to do a couple of loads of laundry. And the location was perfect for us...you can see the Spanish Steps from the front door of the apartment and we were close to several great restaurants. Overall a great experience!
