Pros: Location, near Termini but still a safe area to stay. It has an elevator, and AC, a portable one but it got the job done. The reception girl, once we were able to meet was very kind. Cons: This is an aparthotel, dont expect someone at the reception 24/7. You are given a set of 4 keys to access the apartment, I was scared to lose them as like I said, there is no reception. The bed frames were peeling off. the bathroom had mold all over the place.

Everyone was so friendly there. The main entrance was under construction, but that’s like everything in Europe. The front desk girls were amazing. They helped me out so much. Solo girl traveler felt very comfortable. Staying there at the location was great. Is it four seasons no. But it has a Lyft. It’s secure the lady who cleans the rooms did such an amazing job. I would recommend it!! The bed and the pillows were so comfortable💕

Worth the money we paid for.

The room is clean, staff were friendly, although the bathroom is a bit small but for the price we paid is just ok. It's near and accessible to most of the attraction, train station and restaurants. It's right at the centre of Rome. Highly recommended.

Mold between the shower doors, massive amount of dust in the shower vent. Shower itself OK but on the verge of breaking down. Street side very noisy even at night. Mini fridge needs to be defrosted, also noisy when trying to sleep. Bed/room was fine for the price. Wifi passwords on the door of the room don't work, use the one at the servicedesk. Great location, walking distance from coliseum and train station. Cleaning lady? Did my checkout but barely spoke English.

Cute little B&B, you get a keychain with multiple keys as there are multiple doors with locks to get through - but it’s easy and feels safe. Several cafes below the B&B make for quick and easy snacks. Front desk spoke limited English but the main housekeeping lady was fluent and very sweet. Remember that you need to pay a €20 tax and it’s cash only!

Musty and smelled like cigarettes

The room was not as shown in pictures. TINY room that smelled like cigarettes. Poor ventilation with a loud air conditioner that was quite weak. It served it's purpose as a 1 night stay and was at a good location.

Really good location you can walk to the colloseum and Vatican and other big areas. Close to metros and main rome train station. Room was very tiny, and smelled like sewage in the bathroom. Check in process was bad we had to wait outside the door for 30 minutes and I think the front desk guy was busy or sleeping and we had to bang on the door and wait for 30 mins to get him to come to the desk. Great value for the price, you get what you pay for, would suggest this place for folks on a budget, without any expectations for a nice place, this can be considered a place to stay on a budget

It’s served it’s purpose as a place to stay but I was very unhappy when I arrived. It’s in a complex of other flats for the locals which wasn’t an issue but is not in the description of the property. The lights as you walk in were flickering which didn’t fill me with much joy. The rooms are a lot smaller than expected but our room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. However we had to buy our own toilet paper as the staff leave the property after 3pm so we had no chance to ask them for some as we had tours planned for our trip. Overall it was okay but I was a bit disappointed.

Great little spot in the Center of Rome

What a great little spot right in the centre of Rome. Great little coffee shop downstairs that made the visit even better. Hosts were very accommodating as our flight arriving late.
