Beautiful apartment down a street with a lovely restaurant and coffee bar right outside. Everything was clean and had an easy check in process. I do recommend that the host get blinds for the upper window and door leading to the private terrace for more privacy. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment is perfect for two people. It is well located for walking around Rome. The bathroom is small but has everything you might need, and the bed is large and comfortable. The kitchen with dining table and chairs is a good size, perfect for breakfast or for enjoying a glass of wine before going out for dinner.

This beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment was perfect for our week in Rome. My husband and I had a relaxed and romantic time, strolling the area and hanging out on the Piazzas in lovely weather. Enjoying the scenery and the incredible food and wine. The location is absolutely perfect. Our host arranged transportation between the airport and the apartment and our driver was very kind and dependable. Our son and his wife joined us for a few nights and we found it to be comfortable. The garden area is a tranquil and private space and the kitchen is really nice. High ceilings and quite spacious. We will be back!

We stayed in Rome for 2 days. The location was an easy 1mile walk to all the places we wanted to go with great proximity to Pam Local to purchase groceries. Germana was great at helping us organize transportation to and from the airport and the port to catch our cruise ship.

Property is very well situated walking distance between all the Roma tourist attractions. The property was great, but the address communication and initial entry was a bit confusing. After that though the property itself was really good. All good except the shower head pressure was so low we could not use it so we bathed instead. Really good AC which is important there.

With all the steps we had throughout Rome sight seeing, we were happy to have this secure spot on ground level with no steps. Grocery store close, so we had breakfast at home. Apartment is cute and had everything we needed. Loft upstairs was used 2 nights for friends and was nice, but had low ceiling. We were satisfied with our stay. Check in would have been easier if I could access vbro on phone in a simpler way to get code.

The apartment was very cute. The loft space is fun for teens/kids. Air conditioning worked great! There is a full kitchen and a refrigerator/freezer that was a nice way to store drinks and ice. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The back porch area was very cute, but it was just a bit too hot out for us to enjoy it. I will note that there are other neighbors you will be living amongst, so if you are a loud group (or have kids with a ton of energy) then this might not be the place for you. The check in/check out process was seamless, but I will note that the door to the apartment itself took me some time to get used to, but once you get the "feel" for it, it's not a big deal. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The location was really great, a few minutes walk to a grocery store, restaurants galore, and maybe 6 minutes to the Piazza Navona. I recommend this property!

My wife and I had a great start to our Italian adventure, staying in Germana’s flat. It was conveniently located walking distance from so many sites — The Vatican, The Panthenon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc., and on our last day there, I discovered a fantastic caffe for a morning cappuccino just a few doors down! The flat has a full kitchen, washing machine (which came in super handy for us) and a quiet, private courtyard, which was a serene spot to relax amidst such a busy metropolis! Germana was an excellent hostess! When we had an issue with the shower head, she addressed it right away! She also arranged a driver for us from the airport and went out of her way to rearrange our transportation when our flight was unexpectedly cancelled at the last moment. We would highly recommend staying here!🇮🇹

We loved our three nights in Rome. Everything about our stay in this quaint spot was perfect. Communication with Germana was great. She was very responsive prior to our visit and while we were in Rome. Perfect for a couple with full kitchen, updated bathroom, private outdoor garden. It wasn’t terribly hot during our stay but we did make use of the air conditioning which worked well. We even used the small washing machine. The neighborhood is awesome. Located on a narrow street, with cafes, pizzerias, trattorias all within a 5 minute walk. Small grocery store on the same street as well. Piazza Navona is a short 5 minute walk. Germana set up our transfers to/from the airport without a hitch. Door to door service. We highly recommend this tranquil spot and will suggest it to any of our friends and family travelling to Rome. The initial process was a bit different to get checked in with the electronic key. Once settled in was a great experience. Apartment is decorated very well, Top notch. The Neighborhood is conveniently located to all the sites. Restaurants in area are fantastic. A must eat at is this little place across and down from the apartment. Alfredo e Ada. They don't take reservations, but turnover is quick and the food/atmosphere is genuine Roman eatery. Another restaurant on the way to the Pantheon is Ristorante La Fiammetta Roma, Great Carbonara! In short Great Apartment, Nice Clean, Quiet , Secure. Location excellent and will give you a local Vibe. A shop over directly across from the Apartment was Charming. We chatted a while with her and she made an inciteful statement, "Rome is a Natural Museum" meaning you're staying in a City with a rich history. Sure you can go buy tickets to see the main sights, or just wander the streets and see the go to monuments and buildings. One thing I recommend is to see the local Churches where you can see sculptures and paintings by Caravaggio at "San Luigi dei Francesi" or a 14th century "Chiesa di Santa Maria della Pace" to see works by Raphael all within short walking distance. Just be sure to drop a donation in the collection box to help with the upkeep of these magnificent works. The bonus of visiting these locations is it's absent of all the crowds, its quiet and you can take a moment to site down and soak in the culture that is Rome.

Classic authentic property in the heart of the City, immaculately presented modern design interior. Location could not have been more perfect with easy walking access to all the main tourist sites, 12 minutes’ walk to the Vatican City in one direction and 20 minutes easy walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Host Germana, provided very prompt replies to communications via Vbro. Details regarding initial access the property via automated host Vikey had all been conveyed with precise detail. Germana also kindly arranged prompt direct airport transfers from the airport via limousine taxi, this was an excellent service and independent from the booking you pay the fee direct to the driver, NOTE: the taxi firm will communicate direct with you via “Whatsapp” using your mobile number so make sure you have you phone switched on at the airport! The apartment was very clean and beautifully presented, location is on a quaint narrow lane with the odd vehicle passing but mainly pedestrians, the apartment is on the ground floor with a relaxing garden/yard quite cleverly secluded from neighbours. We didn’t experience any noise from either the street or neighbouring properties. Kitchen utilities are good but we would have liked to have had the use of a toaster, we also had to use a pan to boil water on the hob as even a third full the kettle tripped the electric. The bathroom was very good we had seen people commenting on the shower pressure although personally didn’t have an issue with
