ציפינו ליותר

היום התחיל כשהגענו לאחר הציק אין למלון ואז קצת היה קשה להבין איך נכנסים למלון אבל התקשרנו למספר ווטסאפ ונופר ענתה, נתנה לנו קודים להיכנס. עד כאן אחלה - בערב באנו להתקלח ולא היו מים חמים והייתה בעיה של זרם המים. יצרנו קשר עם נופר בעלת המקום - היא שלחה אותי לבדוק את הדוד מים (תאמת פחות הגיוני ששוהה במלון צריך לבדוק את התחזוקה אבל זרמנו עם זה ושינינו דברים בדוד לפי ההוראות של נופר) נופר הבטיחה שיגיע טכנאי יום למחרת. יום למחרת החלטנו שנבדוק את מצב המים אחהצ ולא בערב, כדי שלא נגלה מאוחר ששיש בעיות ושוב חזרו הבעיות שלא היו מים חמים ובעיה של זרם המים. נופר הציעה פיצוי של ארוחת צהרים על חשבונה יום למחרת או מחרתיים - חבל שהפיצוי לא הגיע... בכל אופן הציעה שנלך להתקלח בדירה סמוכה... כאשר סירבנו וביקשנו לעבור מלון, נופר סידרה לנו לעבור למלון אחר שהיינו אמורות לשהות בו לילה למחרת ולקבל את הסוויטה שם ( חדר פשוט יותר גדול...). אז מצאנו את עצמינו אורזות ועוברות למלון ליד. אז כמה מילים - נופר מקסימה! אבל האם זה מספיק בשביל לשהות במלון? בעיית המים - היא הייתה צריכה לוודא בעצמה שהדברים עובדים כמו שצריך... יש בעיה עם רעש מהרחוב כי החלונות הם לא ניתנים לשינוי בגלל שימור מבני אז שומעים את כל רעשי הרחוב בלילה - למי שהשינה שלו קלה זה די מבאס. במלון השני לא שומעים רעשים בכלל. הארוחת בוקר מאוד יפה מה שנופר מציעה והמיקום על הגטו איפה שכל המסעדות. הביקורות מסביב על המלון היו ממש טובות ובאמת ציפינו אבל רעש ואכזבה מהמקלחת.... ושנופר הציעה פיצוי שלא הגיע מעולם... חבל...

Beautiful B&B with amazing service and gourmet breakfast. It’s located Walking distance to all the main attractions and on the same street as many great restaurants. We had a great time and we will definitely come back when we are in Rome again!
