Loved everything about this hotel. It’s spotless, stylish, and perfectly located in the beautiful Prati area—quiet, elegant, and close to everything you’d want to see in Rome. When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready, so they graciously upgraded me to a suite. Front desk staff were genuinely lovely and accommodating. The suite itself was spacious and comfortable, and having two showers was an unexpected luxury! NH Collection hotels never disappoint, and this one truly lives up to the brand’s high standards. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome.

The hotel is average but close to some tourist sites. We walked going to the Vatican and Trevi fountain. There are several good restaurants in the area too.

The property is well located close to the Vatican super walkable We couldn’t check in early we have to wait until 3 pm The staff is super nice and helpful Breakfast buffet was great The reseption was under construction so super loud but not from the rooms We had a great time

Welcoming Staff

Upon checking in, the staff is warm and welcoming! We especially appreciate Michelle’s attention to details and accommodating ways. The hotel location is perfect for us in Prati! We hope to stay here again for all our future visits.

Hotel is very clean. Front desk staff were ok but could have been a little friendlier. We had a two room suite with a balcony. It’s located close to Vatican as well as the historic parts of Rome.
