Great location on edge of Navona Sq. Easily walkable to major sites and lots of great food nearby. Room was spacious and modern. Only complaint would be slow Internet connection, but that’s not why we visited.

Front reception only works from 8-2 so if you arrive after 2 no one is there which is kind of inconvenient because you can’t always change your flight plans and arrive before 2. Staff was pleasant and respectful. Room was clean and the air conditioning worked really good! Location was good! The lift worked nicely. No amenities were available.

Had limited breakfast and there was a problem leaving your luggage if you check out and need to leave your luggage by front desk. Just up to 2 pm otherwise it was ok

Great location! Staff are also outstanding, friendly and helpful. Was able to leave my luggage before check in. Spacious and well designed rooms although the fittings like bed frame are starting to get a bit worn down. Would only bother someone who is fussy. Excellent value overall and would stay again.

Property qas fabulous. Comfortable beds, quiet when the windows are closed, great AC. Not convenient to metro but lots of buses and taxis nearby. Only difficulty for us was having to call the hotel on arrival as there is no check in desk. We did not have international sim card.

Great service and location!

We loved this hotel! It’s located in a super central location, equidistant between the Vatican City and the Colosseum and a close walk to the Pantheon. Even though it’s right on Piazza Navona, we weren’t disturbed by any outside noise. The room was comfortable and clean, and even though there were 3 doors and quite a few stairs to access the hotel, we never had a problem with our keys and the elevator was always quick. Elevator is a little small though, so we recommend bringing small luggage, but I would recommend same for all of Europe anyway. The receptionists were always super helpful, and even came down to help us get a taxi when we were having trouble getting to the train station. I would recommend staying here again, for sure!

Le lieu est central mais les chambres sont mal insonorisée fenêtre et bruit des espaces collectifs La réception absente à partir de 21:00 donc compliqué pour les arrivées le soir. Même la journée la réception n est pas ouverte en permanence, il faut appeler et attendre pour récupérer ses bagages en fin de séjour.

Hotelzimmer, ziemlich anonym im 3 Stock eines Hauses. Sauber und netter Service. Wenn man es erstmal gefunden hat. 20 Meter bis auf den Piazza Navona. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in den Vatikan. 3 Minuten zum Campo di Fiori.

Posizione eccellente, poca attenzione ai dettagli

Posizione eccezionale, stanza veramente bellissima con vasca da bagno enorme. Però alcune note negative.. 1. Colazione decisamente non adeguata, a partire dalle bevande (latte con cioccolato imbevibile, praticamente acqua, fatto con macchinetta; succhi di frutta che sembravano fatti con polverine, pane e brioches probabilmente non fresche di giornata) 2. Poca attenzione ai dettagli: ho fatto notare al personale dopo il primo giorno che il wifi non andava e che una tapparella rimaneva aperta a metà facendo illuminare la stanza a giorno già nelle prime ore del mattino). Ritornati in stanza, notiamo che nulla è cambiato. Telefono per segnalare la cosa (perché non c'è nessuno in reception se non all'arrivo) e mi rispondono che la tapparella è sempre stata così e non è riparabile, mentre per il wifi me lo fanno sistemare spegnendo il modem.. 3. Al check out chiedo di poter lasciare i bagagli per venire a prenderli dopo. Mi viene detto che non si potrebbe fare perché non c'è mai nessuno in struttura, ma che possono organizzare di farmi trovare una persona ma solo ad un orario preciso, altrimenti nulla. Gentili, assolutamente, ma ritengo sia un servizio base soprattutto per una stanza da più di 250 euro a notte...

Great place at Piazza Navona

Great location in easy walking distance of almost all attractions. Though one minut from Piazza Navarone it was quiet even with an open window. The staff was all very nice and most helpfull. Breakfast was acceptable and allways delivered exactly on the time we’ ve asked for.

Great time in this property

Amazing cozy property just beside the Plaza Navona. This property is consist of 5 rooms converted into a boutique hotel. The room is very nice, clean and very well appointed. Rufo, the Receptionist is very nice and helpful. He will assist you and he is very cordial. He is definitely an asset to this property. Finding the property is quite a challenge because there is no big sign. The entrance is beside the Piazza Navona underground. You will see an iron fence, the last gate on the right is the entrance to the property. Ring the button and someone will assist you to go up to the apartment/hotel. Breakfast is included and Rufo prepares it for you every morning thus be kind to him. The room is quiet and high ceiling. Though there is no window (in our room), its good enough for us for few nights. This property is very near to everything. just 15mins walk to the Vatican City, Piazza Navona is a must to visit too (just behind the building) and with lots of restaurants around. Highly recommended this property,

Surbooking de l hotel il nous on loger dans autre établissement pourri et reloger chez eux le lendemain on a passer notre séjour au téléphone entre réception hôtel.com manager et expédia dont 2 checking sympa le w end à Rome en amoureux et là tranquillité réveiller à 6h du matin par le service client situé à phœnix ( donc pas le même fuseau horaire) pour nous dire que notre mécontentement était pris en compte mais qu on ne sera pas remboursé de la nuit bref merci !
