Rented 2 rooms and couldn’t adjust ac in both. One room too cold and one room too hot bc ac didn’t work. Other than that the hotel was clean and pretty. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Conveniently located across from train station.

really enjoyed it

The room was beautiful, updated very nice. It was not cramped, the shower could have been updated, tiles were old or worn out. Service for the room needs help, the coffee was not filled every day, had to have it requested, they mentioned water is complementary the first day you get your room, but it's only that day, the rest of the days you need to pay for it. Room service is amazing, they have a very good chef. Overall very nice and pleasant and close to the train station!

Palazzo Montemartini Rome was Amazing

Amazing staff -beautiful location -- AC was working as Americans are used to having at home in United States . I would give this hotel a wonderful recommendation for everything especially the front desk staff with all the wonderful assistance.

Amazing stay. Rooms are large and modern. Friendly staff. Not far from Rome's historic center (less than 1 mile), but with very interesting nearby. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Service was amazing, staff very attentive and observant, room was fantastic and breakfast selection was great. Spa was lovely and we had the space all to ourselves, you did have to pre book. Spa treatments were very expensive though, so we avoided those. Everything else was exceptional just as the hotel says.

I stayed at Palazzi Montemartini with my family for 4 nights in July. We stayed at the skylight suite and it was really nice and clean. We dined at Senses restaurant couple of times and we really enjoyed the food and staff. Overall it was a great experience.

In walking distance to Termini (Central Train Station), Metro station and City Sightseeing buses. Spacious rooms and really clean. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff goes out of their way to ensure your stay. First room was not up to our standards so we asked for a different room to which they happily agreed. The breakfast was fantastic!

Hotel in good condition and is well presented. The staff were all super friendly and helpful - particular mentions for the 2 concierge who were always friendly and greeted us on arrival and departure and helped with any questions; the reception staff were also very efficient and friendly and the restaurant staff were also friendly and attentive The hotel was a little short on atmosphere - there was no real bar area - it was shared with the restaurant and the roof-top bar was closed during our stay in April The hotel is very conveniently located for the station, but there is a lack of quality restaurants in the immediate vicinity, you have to travel further afield to find them

Excellent concierge. Easy and supportive staffs who were eager to assist their guests with any issues. Check in and out were breey. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The shower area was also very spacious with two washing areas. Breakfast offered at the restaurant was excellent. My children claimed that the hotel offered the best breakfast in Italy. We also had dinner at the same restaurant. Service and food were both great. One of my sons had pasta and he claimed that it was the best pasta in Rome. Will come back again in near future.
