Completely and tastefully renovated apartment located in an ancient building located in the immediate vicinity (100 meters) of the colonnade of San Pietro. Fourth and top floor with lift, quiet, external view on three sides is composed of: large entrance hall, 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom and one with two single beds, (in both bedrooms it is possible to add on request a third bed), second bathroom, equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery) with dishwasher, washing machine, food processor, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and other kitchen utensils, living room with sofa bed double bed, dining table for 8 people, air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the lounge, TV-SAT, WI-FI.
Accessories for the little ones, cot, high chair, changing table, bottle warmer and toys. Complete linen for bathroom, bed, kitchen and cot, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Upon your arrival you will find everything you need for your breakfast (milk, tea, rusks, butter, yoghurt, biscuits, orange juice, jam, coffee / waffles)
Next to the entrance door of the building there is a pharmacy, bank, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, food shops of all kinds including supermarkets
Being in the central area, the apartment is connected by various means (bus, train, metro) to all the tourist sites in Rome.

The only bnb in rome with lots stocks in the cupboard.
The place was very nice and clean, with ac and classic lift. The only bnb in Italy with lots of stocks food like coffee,butter, crisp bread,jam and wven pasta and like lots in a cup board. Lots of restaurant and store at the bottom of the building. Walking distance to Vatican and close to some tourist attractions. I will definitely stay again at Carla’s when i go back to Rome. Thank u Carla for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location
If we ever come back to Rome, we will stay here. It is SO convenient to the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St Peters Basicilica - easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious and clean, and airconditioned, which was very welcome in July. Just lovely.

Exactly as described - a great find
If you want a well apportioned apartment , suitable for 5+ then this is the place for you. Check in process was very simple and well organised. Apartment was a fine space with two good size bedrooms and a living room. 64 bus from Termini will drop you opposite the apartment. Plenty of min markets and cafes close by - a stones throw from St Peter’s square

Large apartment walking distance to St Peter's Square
Large apartment within walking distance to St Peter's Basilica and Square, with Vatican Museum entrance just a few blocks farther. Apartment was very warm when we checked in, and it took a while to cool down, but that didn't concern us too much as we were out all day. Carla also arranged transportation to and from the apartment for us.

Very nice and clean apartment within walking distance to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Square. Really good bakery downstairs and restaurants within walking distance. Carla even arranged transportation to and from the airport.

Ideal Stay
Carla was very gracious enabling us to go directly from the airport to the apartment, earlier than check in time. We were met by Giirgo, who gave us a thorough tour which we really appreciated. There is everything provided for a comfortable stay. We were able to walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain… all that you wouldn’t miss seeing in the main city centre. As well, of course, the Vatican City just steps away. Loved our home away from home

Family getaway
We were only in Roma for 2 nights but truly enjoyed our stay. Carla was fantastic and so very helpful. The home was beautiful and very well appointed even with coffee and toast for us. Definitely a great location and if we are ever in Roma again this is where we will stay!

Great Location and plenty of space
Great value for our family. Building is historic and has some minor issues typical for being 100 years old. Noise level is hit or miss. Near 2 hospitals so sirens are not uncommon but we are used to traveling with ear plugs and slept fine except for the one night the neighbors decided to scream at each other for 30 minutes…but that was only 1 bad night out of 10. Location is A+ for Vatican pilgrims and great dining and cafes.

Carla's apartment is located in an historic building, in an amazing area. Tonnes of restaurants, coffee shops and stores in every direction. Right next to the Vatican and an easy metro ride to all of Rome's tourist attractions.

Great location
The place was clean and well kept. Literally a few steps away from the Vatican. Lots of restaurants, groceries, souvineer shops around. It’s on the 4th floor but the “lift” is working properly. It was actually an old style lift with some upgrades and its always such an experience whenever you ride it. The place itself is historical because it’s a hundred year old building. You can see it with all the details inside the apartment. Although the bathrooms and windows have been updated. The owner Carla was so flexible with checking us in early since our flight was 1 hour earlier than expected. Since we stayed there for 8 days and there’s seven of us, having the kitchen to cook food was helpful and saved us some money. Just one helpful tip with regards to the door keys….make sure you try opening the apartment door yourself while the owner is still there because it can be tricky. I really recommend this place for anyone looking to stay near the Vatican.
