The communication and directions given by the hotel was excellent otherwise finding the place would of been difficult. The room was clean and in a great location. It was noisy at night but that was more to do with other guests being inconsiderate and allowing doors to slam, plus you do hear alot of traffic but you are in a busy city so expect that.

Trevi portrait was advertised a soundproof… And it was anything but soundproof. But the staff were really nice and helped to solve the issue by letting us stay in a Sister hotel. That hotel had the best breakfast we’ve ever had. And the room was very lovely.

The room was much cleaner and more modern than I thought! The beds were comfortable and there is an elevator so rest assured. The kettle however was pretty dirty and we had to scrub it clean before using it. The location obviously was amazing and was the primary reason for staying here. It was honestly kind of a hike to walk up to this building with all of luggages from the train station and if you want to leave the luggages after check out, its a different place 10 minutes from this hotel. It wasnt much of a problem tho. The area is very quiet and an extremely nice neighborhood. We would 100% stay here again if we came back to Rome.

Room was as expected, some need for repairs but nothing major. All in all as expected and fair priced. Staff was exceptional, very helpful and very friendly. Nothing felt like an issue, they assisted with luggage storage since we had a late flight at a nearby hotel without hassle and any charges.

The hotel is in a great location with many of the sites that most people want to visit within a 20-25 minute walk and is a few blocks from the subway station, making it convenient for public transportation. The hotel provides basic, clean accommodations at an affordable price. The room was cleaned daily. Communication with the hotel management was good (via WhatsApp), and they scheduled a car to take us to the airport when we left (for an additional fee paid to the car service). The only thing that I would note is that you have to pay a Roman tourist tax at another hotel a few blocks away because there is no check-in desk at this hotel. It was not an issue for us but could be if you have mobility issues.
