Il Loft di Trastevere is a modern, welcoming and quiet apartment located in the heart of the iconic
Trastevere district, one of Rome s most charming and lively neighbourhoods. Its location is perfect for exploring the city on foot: Piazza Trilussa, Porta Portese, Santa Maria in Trastevere and many other local landmarks are all within easy reach.

The 30 m² loft is designed to offer comfort and functionality in a compact yet well organized space, ideal for two guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, Wi Fi, Nespresso machine and all essential amenities for a practical and comfortable stay.

Despite being close to Trastevere s vibrant nightlife, the apartment overlooks a quiet alley that ensures privacy and peaceful rest after a day spent exploring Rome. The area is filled with traditional restaurants, historic cafés, local markets and charming streets, offering an authentic taste of real Roman life.

Excellent public transport connections including tram and several bus lines just a few steps away allow quick and easy travel throughout the city. Il Loft di Trastevere is the ideal choice for travellers seeking a modern, well connected accommodation immersed in the unique atmosphere of one of Rome s most beloved districts.



The loft is for the exclusive use of guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, sheets and towels are included in the price, but we offer for a fee the possibility of having an extra cleaning service during the stay, as well as a change of linen. The wi fi internet connection is available throughout the entire structure. The loft is equipped with all the comforts to allow you to make the most of your Roman adventure. Smart TV, unlimited internet, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer and much more. On request: sparkling wine, flowers. We try to fulfill all your requests to allow you a five star stay.

El apartamento es lo que uno necesita para una estancia corta. Sentimos que al inicio hubo una mala coordinacion para ingresar, no estaba la llave para entrar al edificio, para mientras estabamos afuera esperando. Ella muy amablemente nos ayudo pero lastimosamente no funciono! para poder ingresar al edificio perdimos casi 1 hr y logramos porque se encontro tirada la llave que necesitabamos! sugiero mejorar la comunicacion y coordinacion. en todo lo demas todo bien! gracias. Tambien la plataforma expedia no facilita la rapida comunicacion!
