The apartment is on the first floor of a charming 18th-century building. It has been recently renovated, revealing original wooden ceilings and terracotta brick walls from the 1700s — a blend of history and modern comfort.

You’ll find:

- A bright, spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200 cm / 63 x 79 inches) with a hypoallergenic mattress, a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a dining table. The room is air-conditioned.

- A cozy living room featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, antique furnishings (including an elegant 1800s chest of drawers), and a 40" LCD TV with English channels. Air conditioning is also available here.

Great stay in a great location! The property was close enough to all the tourist spots but in a great area that wasn't overly touristy. Angelo was a great host and answered all questions promptly. He also arranged our ride back to airport so didn't have to stress about getting a taxi. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Rome! Only recommendation would be to bring ear plugs to block out street noise when you sleep. We used the wax ones and they were able to drown out the noise very well, we slept great each night. Thanks for a great stay!

A fantastic location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was very secure, clean and the bed was comfortable.Angelo was fantastic. He arranged a shuttle from and back to the airport for us. We were even able to get the apartment a little earlier since we arrived in the morning.There was a wonderful wine bar a few doors down. Great wine and great service. Bring ear plugs though, it was lively until midnight. Would not deter us from staying here again. A great experience!

Adorable Rome flat

This adorable property was within walking distance of all the major sights in Rome! And just minutes from the Vatican! We enjoyed all the local cuisine and culture steps away!

Great location and host

We loved our stay. Angelo the host is very nice. The place is spacious with multiple sitting areas and plenty of room, and nicely decorated and cozy. It is an excellent location - all major attractions 30 minutes or less walk, Vatican about 15 minutes. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes, but at the same time it is still a reasonably quiet street. It has a washing machine (no dryer - you just air dry). Good hair dryer for the ladies :), and even extra things such as umbrellas. Highly recommend

Great neighborhood and walking distance to everything! Close to main street if you want to take the bus. Near great restaurants, gelato shops, coffee, etc We really enjoyed our stay!

It's truly remarkable! Everything is within easy reach. The bus station is 2 blocks away, the supermarket is 2 blocks away, and there is even a winery just across the street. A 10-15 minute walk to Piazza Novona and Vatican City is a pleasant option. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the shower head pressure, hot and cold water. I would highly recommend this establishment. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to Angelo for hosting us.

Fantastic, walkable, location, interesting and comfortable older building.Sure, there are some ancient building quirks to work around, but the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to any of that attractions, and wonderful restaurants nearby!This was the perfect apartment from my wife’s introductory visit to Italy. You will not be disappointed!

Everything was as described. We loved the location for walkability and found Angelo very easy to communicate with. He was especially helpful with helping us to navigate getting from the Port to his apartment and then arranging a driver for us to get to the airport on time. It was a great stay.

Amazing location in an incredible city

Great little apartment in a perfect location to explore so many beautiful areas of central Rome. Perfect size for our family- great beds, has great window covering for privacy. Felt completely safe in this area. Great access to the bus system to get around all of Rome!

Historical Centre of Rome

An old world apartment in the historic centre of Rome. Easy to walk to all of the most important sites. Good restaurants in the area as well supermarkets if you plan to eat in. All the necessities you might need are available in the apartment plus one very comfortable bed, a necessity after a hard day sight seeing.

5 star host, property and location!

The host did an excellent job commmunicating with us before and during our stay. He even coordinated transportation from the airport and let us check our bags into the room early. The room had beautiful features from when it was originally built, and was exceptionally clean. Great views to the street, minimal stairs to get to the room, and multiple security doors that made you feel safe. Would definitely return!

More than I expected

There should be more stars available! I usually stay in a wonderful hotel when in Venice but this experience is challenging that. Comfort, size, features all far exceed my expectations. I think i may have found another reason to love Venice.

Angelo was quick to respond with any questions I had. He arranged for a pick up and drop off shuttle service for us. Location was in walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The apartment was very spacious for two people. After exploring the city in 90 degree weather it was nice to come back to an air conditioned apartment! The washer came in handy as we were continuing on vacation after our stay in Rome. I would highly recommend this apartment and I’m so glad we decided on it. It was fabulous in every way!

When in Rome do .....

We had a truly Roman experience for a week in May while we stayed in this comfortable apartment. It was a very central walking distance to all of the major attractions in addition to living amongst the locals. Within a 2 minute walk either way out of the condo we had cafes, patisserias, wine bars, restaurants and a grocery store. The wine bar just outside was particularly lively and a great place to have wine and small plates. Angelo the apartment owner was very helpful in helping us to get settled into the unit early. The bed was was firm and comfortable.Overall we would recommend this apartment for a memorable Roman holiday.
