It is composed with a large and sunny BEDROOM with confortable double bed (queen size bed with memory foam mattress), sofa bed, wardrobe and dinning table. This room has Air Conditioning.
There is an elegant LIVING ROOM with confortable double sofà bed. Finely furnished with a beautiful 1800 comò. There is aTV LCD 40'' with English channels. This room has Air Conditioning.
There is a full BATHROOM with shower. Soap, Shampoo, Towels and Hair dryer are included.
A fully furnished and equipped KITCHEN with refrigerator, freezer, eletric kettle, coffee maker, microwave owen.

The apartment has been recently renovated. We bring to light the original ceiling in wood and wall in red cotto brinks from the 1700.

It's truly remarkable! Everything is within easy reach. The bus station is 2 blocks away, the supermarket is 2 blocks away, and there is even a winery just across the street. A 10-15 minute walk to Piazza Novona and Vatican City is a pleasant option. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the shower head pressure, hot and cold water. I would highly recommend this establishment. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to Angelo for hosting us.

My wife’s first visit to Italia

Fantastic, walkable, location, interesting and comfortable older building.Sure, there are some ancient building quirks to work around, but the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to any of that attractions, and wonderful restaurants nearby!This was the perfect apartment from my wife’s introductory visit to Italy. You will not be disappointed!

Great location.

Excellent location. Make sure you bring earplugs if you want to go to bed early. Wine bar below can be a bit noisy. After midnight it closes down.

Everything was as described. We loved the location for walkability and found Angelo very easy to communicate with. He was especially helpful with helping us to navigate getting from the Port to his apartment and then arranging a driver for us to get to the airport on time. It was a great stay.

Amazing location in an incredible city

Great little apartment in a perfect location to explore so many beautiful areas of central Rome. Perfect size for our family- great beds, has great window covering for privacy. Felt completely safe in this area. Great access to the bus system to get around all of Rome!

Historical Centre of Rome

An old world apartment in the historic centre of Rome. Easy to walk to all of the most important sites. Good restaurants in the area as well supermarkets if you plan to eat in. All the necessities you might need are available in the apartment plus one very comfortable bed, a necessity after a hard day sight seeing.

Great area!

We enjoyed our stay at Angelo's place. We were looking for a place that was a little more typical of a local Roman apartment, and I think this fit the bill. Windows open to a loud street, but closing the windows shuts out all the noise. Location was fantastic! Listing says there is a dryer, but there is not. There's a small drying rack and a clothesline out the bathroom window (that we weren't sure was for our use or the neighbors), but the small drying rack certainly wasn't large enough for a load of laundry on the one day it was raining on our trip. Overall, our contact with Angelo was very helpful and he was very responsive, and we enjoyed our stay! Would definitely consider staying here again. Oh, and there's a phenomenal gelato shop just down the block!

Bustling street with a great nouveau wine bar a couple doors down. Easy access to popular sites. Host Angelo is very helpful and gracious. Will stay again if we make it back to Rome!
